Good materials and worth buying again
Good materials and worth buying again. We did get two split bags which we’re assuming made a full one. The bags were just left in the garden and as OAP’s it was a struggle to get them to the other end of the property. It hasn’t dissuaded us from using your company again in any way.

Fencing materials
A few of the feather edge boards and one of the arris rails were unusable due to being excessively warped. The trellis panels were extremely poor quality, full of knots with an incredibly rough finish.

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the feather edge boards, arris rail and trellis panels you received. As timber is a natural product, some movement and warping can occur, particularly as it adjusts to changes in temperature and moisture. However, we aim to ensure that no excessively warped products reach our customers. Our trellis panels do tend to be rough in texture. If you are looking for a smoother option, the KDM trellis is a high quality finish.
We also take any concerns regarding product quality very seriously. If any items arrive in a condition that you are unhappy with, we always encourage customers to contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate and put things right.
