Worse experience ever
Worse experience ever. Been rear ended and had to insist that the insurance sent an engineer to inspect my car, as this garage saying it was cosmetic damage only. Rear crash bar was bent and missed things in the front bumper. Currently in dispute with my insurance company as I do not trust them to carry out repairs to a sufficient standard - especially when their engineer seemed to busy telling me that my insurance company was not paying for front bumper (reference Audi hit me into rear an forced me into a trailer / van in front) despite engineers report clearly stating front bumper was included in accident related damage. My overall impression is not a positive one, and not one I would trust dealing with any repairs on my car. Avoid

Would of been great however I took my car for an MOT the day after getting it returned for KC Autos only to have it fail because there was no indicator lights on my rear end (where I was crashed into and was repaired) actually body work job is brilliant but lacks communication and was really disappointed with the MOT as I had to then pay for a new indicator bulb..

Astonishing Quality and Detail. Highly Recommend.
My vehicle was collected from my home address and was with KC Autos for a little over 2 weeks. Communication was clear and concise through the process. Given the extent of the damage I consider this a fair turnaround and my vehicle was delivered back to me on their transport truck. The repairs are brilliant. You would no longer be able to tell that the vehicle had been involved in an accident. The attention to detail is brilliant. Although KC Autos were automatically distributed my claim through insurance, I would highly recommend them for any vehicle repairs.

My car was in an accident and the claim company sent it to KC Autos Knowsley. Thank god they did as KC is a wonderfully ran company.
Spoke to Neil several times with regards to communication on timelines and updates etc. fixed every issue the car had, and had it back to me (delivered to my door!) within 3 weeks.
Surprised to see they even valeted my car while they had it, so my MG genuinely came back to me in better shape than it left me in haha.
