I recently had one of my Kaweco pens repaired and I have to say: the service was absolutely outstanding. From the very first contact, the team was friendly, responsive, and genuinely interested in helping. Everything was handled quickly and professionally, and the result was perfect.
I had an issue with the barrel of a pen that I purchased. I wrote to Kaweco to see if I could purchase parts for this particular pen and there was no problem. I ended up having to ask a second time as the first barrel was annihliated in the mail. The good people at Kaweco sent a replacement. Both times there was a hand written note attached. Wonderful customer service. A shout out to Christiane!
