Awful experience
Awful experience. I purchased 6 writing boards from this companies website April 1st. I emailed for an update on April 8th asking if my order would arrive by April 11th where I was told no. At this point I made it clear that once the items arrived I wanted to return them for a full refund. I was told to wait for the items to arrive where I could then return them for a full refund.
It's now May 4th. I have asked this company 7 times via 7 separate emails how I return the items with no direct answer!!
All I am getting is 'send pics of items' 'we can refund you some money if items are damaged' even 'returning will cost you shipping and alot of time'. Update: now they are 'offering' a 70% refund if I return the items and a 50% refund if I do not.
They will not offer me a 100% refund dispite me being within the return time
SCAM COMPANY!
They do not want to instruct me on how to return so that I get a refund.
I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
