The product that I received was not the quality I expected and came at a much higher final price than I expected

The product that I received was very different than what thought I was purchasing on Amazon. The product received was thinner and generally felt cheap. The was no Katuchef brand name on the product; it simply looks like a thin piece of metal ( I truly do not know if it is titanium as claimed). So my primary disappointment was the product. However, the sales process was also disappointing. When I purchased the product from Amazon, I was quite confident that I was purchasing a product in Canadian dollars yet the final charge on my bill came through in US dollars. If I search on Amazon.com, I will be redirected to Amazon.ca where the prices are in Canadian dollars. Being billed in US dollars meant the product was approx 35% more expensive. Finally, when I purchased the product I was offered a promotion to increase my order from 1 unit to 3 units; the offer seemed very attractive at the time so I accepted it, only to subsequently realize that it was not Canadian dollars and was a poor product.

Placing the order was fine. No issues but then I never received it and placed the order January 16th and didn’t see any communication on new eta or when it was going to ship and it’s been a month!

I placed an order for ONE board and ONE mat yet your system charged FOUR boards and TWO mats. I contacted support immediately yet you respond to say it was already packed and ready for shipment. LIES. Your system is the problem and you should be REFUNDING me what I didn’t ask to buy

Your reply is false and your system added extra not a human. And we contacted you within 5 minutes of identifying this incorrect quantity amount yet after 2.5 weeks later you only send the tracking orders partially packed my a@@ you said it’s already with the courier and had already been sent

If I could give zero stars or negative…

If I could give zero stars or negative stars I would. I ordered two titanium cutting boards on December 12, 2025. They charged my bank account immediately. Today is February 14, 2026. I have still not received my cutting boards. I’ve asked for a refund and they have not done that either. I can’t give you a review on cutting boards I have never received. Do not trust this company.

My order was placed on 1-6-26,I've never received a tracking number after being told it has been shipped twice. I've talked to several people who say they will get in touch with shipping and email me the number. The last person I spoke to was Carol, a Customer Service Representative, who sent me an email saying the order had been dispatched and they would send me an email shortly with the tracking #. That was 2-9-26 at 11:22 AM it is now 2-12-26 and still no email with a tracking number.

I am hoping the titanium boards are…

I am hoping the titanium boards are really reduced from the high price? I hope I have not been tricked into buying rubbish!,,, I also thought I had only bought 1. Large and. 1 small board but it ended up with me purchasing another 2 large boards that I didn’t intend to.
