Unpleasant experience
The products are beyond reproach but I have had a very unpleasant experience on the Christmas Eve no less. KD had a promotional codes on their website for different amounts spent. So my purchase would qualify for a £39 gift (I have spent £170) but I mistakenly assumed the code will automatically apply at the checkout. It didn't. So I contacted KD and explained what happened. Their reply was very dry with the attachment containing the screenshot of my purchase without the entered code. Just pointing out the obvious. Left an unpleasant taste for the day. Will be looking for the alternative skincare provider with better care for their regular customers.
