If you are in need of a faster solution, we offer rush delivery. With rush delivery, the production time is reduced to 1-2 business days, and shipping takes an additional 3-5 business days.
If you are concerned about timing in the future, we highly recommend opting for rush delivery to avoid similar situations.

Their products are excellent. Bright colors, and they photograph beautifully. I was not aware of the refund policy when I purchased from KATE. Their customer service was excellent, and we came up with a very good compromise. I am very please and will buy directly from KATE again.

Great soft colors with a range of texture modulations.
Nice product. The colors and soft abstracted pattern was what I wanted. Did not disappoint from that point of view. Looked just like the product page sample. I liked the graduated tonalities, brighter in middle and getting darker at sides and edges, I like the feel of the fabric also. However, After steaming the fold lines and creases, they did not all came out, I know I could hang for some time in different aspects and more lines might "hang" out. Didn't show much in the photos, so it's really all good.

I recently purchased a backdrop for Christmas just as I have for the past 3 years and I'm never disappointed. The speed in the delivery time is excellent! The quality of the material used is durable with an almost velvet feel, unlike backdrops I purchased from other retailers that seem to either use paper thin cloth material or a wax coated paper. The imaging is never distorted or muted, they are exactly as pictured. I will continue to only order from Kate Backdrop.

I had the BEST backdrop for Christmas card photos this year!
The background I purchased arrived on time and the fabric is of very good quality. I was able to take pictures within minutes of delivery. I had so many compliments on my photo shoot. I will definitely purchase from this company again.
