Impossible to cancel subscription

I’ve been trying to cancel a subscription. I can’t email them because of technical issues. I can’t contact customer service, because the chat link provided doesn’t work. There is no obvious way to cancel a subscription.

Since I can’t find a way to cancel; I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription (13861310) but I’m unable to find a way to do it. I’ve contacted Kaspersky CS but have had no response. I can’t email them either. Please cancel my subscription.

INCOMPETENT

INCOMPETENT! For just on a month I tried and tried and tried to renew my subscription to Kaspersky Internet Security, and they just wouldn't or couldn't take my money. Starting on 9th Oct. 2020 I first tried to renew. Tried my debit card, tried PayPal: failed and failed. I emailed their agents, digitalriver.com. And that's where it started and never finished. I've got 44 emails archived to prove it. I got advice: go to ... this website and do ... this, so I did, and got nowhere, each time emailing them back to tell them I got nowhere. They sent me back APOLOGIES. Lots of them. I didn't really care about apologies, I wanted resolution. Then they wanted screen dumps of my previous efforts to renew, which, at the time I hadn't thought of taking. Silly me. So after that I sent them screen dumps of every stage of every attempt to renew - all from legitimate Kaspersky website(s) of course! That didn't bring any improvement. Instead they explained, in simple language, how I must use 'the name on my card' when I tried to make payment. Silly me. Then they advised me to use an alternative method (direct debit, PayPal - already told them I had) or try another card (already told them I had). Then I was told to 'communicate' with my bank. Yes, I had; no problem there. By this time I was 'communicating' with digitalriver.com and Kaspersky Lab Technical Assistance, copying every email to each. Then I had this gem: 'This error could be the result of attempting several orders that fail, which would cause our system to detect possible fraudulent credit card use and then place a block against the card.' True, but these wallies had been telling me to keep on trying to pay, and supplying the internet address. After that I was advised to 'please use a different payment method,' again. There's a lot more but I'll stop there. I am baffled that an 'Internet Security' company cannot sort out a failure in their system which will prevent them receiving a renewal payment. That's why I think Kaspersky, or their agent, or whoever are INCOMPETENT, and if they're this incompetent it begs the question of the value of their 'Internet Security.' My subscription expired, of course, and I'm now using Bitdefender, who accepted my money without any bother.
