I did not know anything about Kaspersky oe even who they were! Obviously they are obviously a reputable company. I apologise to Kaspersky for sounding off about them.

Don't buy this shit from the official UK website, they won't give your money back if you asked for refund.
I recently purchased a subscription from the official UK Kaspersky website. Shortly after paying $26, I received an email requesting UK documentation to activate the subscription.
Unsatisfied with this process, I requested a refund. they told me that I will get my money back in next 8 days maximum, after 10 days I contacted them again because I didn't receive anything they say contact your bank I did that, my bank told me there is no refund or transaction from them, I keep contacting the support and always they say that they did refunded, for more info I should contact their sale partner which always says check with your bank... more than a month mow and I didn't get my money back.
During this period, I contacted my bank more than 3 times till now, and the Kaspersky/Nexway support still telling me I should contact my bank. really!!!
It's incredibly frustrating to encounter such a lack of transparency and support from a big company like you stealing such a pretty small amount of money. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and time-consuming.

Please check that you have disabled the auto-renewal features when you purchase this anti-virus product. Their website is so convoluted that it is almost impossible to cancel this option. Even if you managed to contact their customer service, they stated it would take up to 8 working days to refund the payment, when they have taken the renewal payment instantly.
Dumbest crap in the world
Can't contact them
Been trying everything to contact them. No Phone number for Customer Support. Paid for the Antivirus, it won't download, the DON'T give any HELP on-line.
It's Despicable.

Fraudulent activity
Recieved an email from Kaperskey saying I had changed my email on my account. The email is obviously a scam g.mail. When I click on the link to cancel the change I am locked out of my account. Kaperskey want me to set up a new account. I want access to my password manager not the fraudster. You would think Kaperskey (as a digital security company) would act quicker and give me access to my account. I have to wait up to 24 hours for them to get back to me. Meanwhile I do not know who has access to my passwords.
Key invalid still valid
I purchased kaspersky total security for 3 computers. I removed my computer from subscription in mykaspersky and formatted and reinstalled windows on my computer afterwards. I can't activate kaspersky now and the key is considered invalid. But it's not. The first thing the after sale departement wants to know is where I bought the key. But I don't get why it is necessary since they should know if the key is valid. An antivirus company that can not keep track securely the life cycle of a key without knowing the seller name is a bit strange. So I don't trust them anymore because there are some flaw in the software architecture in the backend.

We have been trying to get ahold of Kaspersky for months now regarding a false positive from a scan where my client was added. literally all other vendors have cleared the client except Kaspersky and no matter of times i have attempted reaching out to this company have i gotten a single correspondence whether that be by email or through the forum

No refunds
In June I accidentally downloaded three copies of Kaspersky (2 standard and one plus). I contacted Kaspersky to cancel the unwanted copies. They confirmed the cancellations and told me I would receive my refunds within 8 days. Two months later I have still not received any refunds! Despite numerous emails, I am still no further forward. All I get are standard template emails telling me they are looking into and trying to seek a solution. I don’t think they intend to issue any refunds despite their 30-day money-back guarantee.
They work with a company called Nexway, who deal with subscriptions. You are told to contact Nexway, but you only get a standard response – nobody looks into your issue. I have had three identical copies of these responses. So each time you end up back where you started.
automatic renewal
I have been send an automatic renew that seems high so I am trying to cancel the subscription before the renewal date. well talk about impossible, so frustrating as I want to cancel it. The renewal is through a company called Digital River where I add my details to not be able to get further. I do not want another year of a product I do not want. the link on the renewal email is no longer working either. would it be too much to ask for a customer helpline to speak to someone in person.
Internet Premium security... Not really
First web site page: Premium protection: £19.99, limited offer - Safe kids -FREE. Click - "Learn more" - Total security + Safe kids (FREE) - £22.99! Click "Buy Now" - Kaspersky premium - £22.99. Safe kids - £12.75.
But you still remmeber £19.99...right? OK, £22.99 never mind +£4. But safe kids (not optional!) FREE, right?
You enter your bank details and £35.74 is taken.
Information is absolutely misleading and I think there is legal name for it. Misadvertising.
And why is there Safe kids? If person do not have kids or kids are grown? where is opt out option?
But never mind after you contacted the company to cancel the order - they can not find your order. You obviously made typo mistake - that what they say. It is so disgracefull. And then send using same mail conversation record. This is the company to whom you trust your IT security. Can't say more. Yo can not make it up.
Tried protect me from hackers & online…
Tried protect me from hackers & online & speed up my devices got overwhelmed by highly trained hackers but made a considerable difference in terms of security the cybwar has been going on all year around this problem Kaspersky did protect my property as a result of monitoring the phone line calls & and my income is a good witness too the abuse richi sushi & awful NHS foundation which has neglected & abused me behind closed doors
AUTO RENEW
I have just had an email telling me they were going to auto renew to the tune of £76.99. I never do auto renew. What is even more worrying is that a couple of months ago I had a problem with my credit card, cancelled it and got a new one and this email shows the new Credit Card number. I will be off to my Bank ASAP. I have now tried to cancel it but looking at other reviews I am not confident.
Absolutely poor experience
Absolutely poor experience, very cunning system which has been detailed on Reddit whereby Kaspersky will automatically opt you into their autorenewal scheme and point you into the direction of sister organisations to cancel. Kaspersky does not allow you anywhere to cancel the subscription. You can delete the account but your auto renewal will remain. Issue I have is the sister companies do not recognise any of my details as original payment was made through PayPal and there is no customer services to assist with this as no one can get to the bottom. Avoid at all costs.
