The construction of the pieces has been not so intuitive, and I asked for a support by mail. The assistence is very quick!

Good design & good quality with…

Good design & good quality with affordable prices - very good. This time a delivery delay from over 3 weeks as an unhappy fact. But the result justifies the delay and is some „solace“.

Beautiful tulip dinner table

Product management as delivered on deadline and is top quality. We were kept informed of progress along the way and delivery partner called to set up a time for final delivery at home. The delivery crew was friendly and also put together the table for us in no time. They left the place clean and took all boxes with them.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE - DO NOT BUY

I was looking forward to receiving this piece, but my experience with Kasa-Store has been appalling. The furniture arrived in terrible condition- it was broken upon delivery, which could not be seen upon delivery, as it was delivered in a crate.

I expected a simple resolution (a replacement or a refund), but I received neither. Their customer service has been a dead end. I have been left with broken furniture and a hole in my wallet.

This is unacceptable business practice. Do not trust them with your money.

Dear Customer,

we firmly reject your statements, as the handling of your complaint was carried out in full compliance with the applicable European consumer protection regulations and with our terms and conditions of sale, which you accepted at the time of purchase.

As this was a sale to a consumer resident in Germany, European consumer law applies automatically, in particular Directives 2011/83/EU and 2019/771/EU, with jurisdiction vested in the consumer’s country of residence.

What you fail to mention in your review is a decisive fact: the parcels were delivered in visibly damaged condition, yet you signed for the delivery without placing any reservation. By accepting the goods without reservation, you personally excluded any possibility of insurance coverage, as the carrier is legally entitled to consider the goods as having been received in proper condition.

Under European consumer law, the seller is liable for lack of conformity of the product, but not for transport damage when the consumer accepts delivery with no reservation despite visible damage. By signing without reservation, you confirmed that the goods were received in good order. In such circumstances, the damage cannot legally be classified as a hidden defect, particularly where the packaging was already visibly damaged at the time of delivery.

The rejection of your complaint is therefore not a matter of unwillingness or poor service, but the direct and unavoidable consequence of the applicable legal framework. Without a properly recorded reservation at the time of delivery, there is neither a legal basis for insurance compensation nor any obligation on our part to replace or refund the product.

This procedure reflects standard practice throughout Europe in distance selling and is clearly and transparently stated in our terms and conditions, which were available for review prior to purchase. Any statements suggesting otherwise do not accurately reflect the facts or the legal reality.

Extreme Safety Hazard & Gross Negligence – Company Refused to Honor Warranty

I am writing this review to strongly warn future customers about this company's product quality and, more importantly, their dangerous customer service practices.
I purchased a high-value marble table. Upon delivery, we immediately noted a crack in the tabletop. We reported this defect, including photos and videos, within the required period.

The company's response was negligent: A representative claimed their "expert" determined it was "not a crack" but merely a natural marble "vein," despite evidence to the contrary. They explicitly advised us to "wait for it to actually break" to make a warranty claim.

This is exactly what happened: The table top broke at the location of the previously reported crack and is now a severe safety hazard, held up only by a single screw and a temporary wooden support. The company is fully aware that we have small children in the house.

Furthermore, the company repeatedly refused to organize collection for a refund or replacement, stating we had to package the extremely heavy table ourselves and place it curbside. This was physically impossible, as the table was delivered by four professional movers. This requirement was a clear tactic to obstruct our right to replacement.

The company is refusing to honor the two-year statutory warranty (Gewährleistung/Garanzia) for a product that was defective from day one, leading to a dangerous product failure. Do not trust this company's product quality or their guarantee.

First of all, we would like to clarify that, when you initially reported the issue, you were offered a return policy with full return costs, which you, however, declined. This solution would have allowed for a simple and rapid resolution of the case from the outset.

Regarding the alleged crack, our technician—a specialist in marble—verified, including through the photographic documentation you provided, that it was a natural grain in the material, not a structural defect. Graining is, in fact, characteristic of natural stone and does not constitute a manufacturing defect.

The subsequent damage, which unfortunately occurred several months later, cannot be attributed to the original condition of the table nor can it be considered evidence of a pre-existing defect. Upon delivery, the product was intact and compliant.

We fully understand the inconvenience this situation has caused you, but we would like to emphasize that the company has always acted in good faith, offering solutions in compliance with applicable warranty procedures and regulations.

We remain available for a constructive discussion and to discuss further assistance options.
