Long delivery and horrible service

Very poor service ordered a pair of shoes in a very common size (42 eu). From a link provided that opens on curtain variant of the shoe. First off it took 2 mounts for the shoes to arrive, then when they got there it was the wrong version. So I checked the link and it opened the right variant...
When I contacted to tell of the problem, he said it was my fault and required that I paid for the porto.... That is absurd horrible treatment of a costumer.... Then to top it all off it took another mount and a half to get the right shoes send... I’m lost for words
