Update after being contacted following review Royal Mail appear to have lost the parcel Karoline’s have sent out a replacement and apologised. Very good customer service

I messaged them to ask if they could make me a bracelet with my choice of crystals and the messaged back straight away and they kept in touch until my beautiful bracelet was ready to be delivered.
