My first order with you was excellent. You weren't able to provide the exact background I wanted BUT you rang me within 15 minutes of me placing an online order and explained that yo could give me an alternative that was exactly the same! Job Done!

Second order went off without any issue and arived safely with the quality I expected! Keep it up!

flawless & low priced item :)

this was the first time i'd used karlu. i was looking for a new colorama supplier who could actually deliver the goods without being tied down to a large spending agreement to get a credit account. i run a small studio so don't need that much stuff. although we had to raise a purchase order through accounts to order the goods which i'm not used to doing, it all went very smoothly and i had the paper delivered very quickly, so very pleased. will definately be using them again

Looking for a replacement modelling lamp I came across '5x Longlife Halostar Halogen Modelling Bulb 250w for Bowens / Interfit / KARLite / Elemental Flash Heads INT500' on eBay. Ordered for a good price and they arrived very quickly and well packed. However, once examined I could find no CE marking and after having a significant problem in the past with lamp quality did not want to risk their use. I contacted the company for inform them of the lack of appropriate CE status and to request a refund and that is where my problems started with this company. The customer service was appalling, aggressive and after telling me they did have CE registration as stated in the advert they refused to provide any evidence and threatened legal action should I state this on any review. Eventually I managed to get a refund through PayPal who upheld my complaint but I'm still down on the postage of the goods. I left my first ever negative feedback over this issue on E-bay but unbelievably that was removed by Karlu Photographic under e-bay ruling that for every 1000 sales a company makes in a month it is able to get rid of up to 5 -ve reviews! Disgusted I left feedback on Reviewcentre and they too removed it the moment they were challenged by Karlu; even after the proof they requested from me was provided in full. So I’m at a loss, I now have a much better understanding for reviews in general and a far more cynical view of good reviews in the future. I hope TrustPilot lives up to their name. I shall simply have to keep trying. As for Karlu Photographic, you've heard my experience, it's your money!
