Good delivery time over Easter weekend. Have tried the floor cleaner and quite impressed. As easy to use as a steam mop with better results.

Product failed after genuinely 2 uses. Obviously this is not acceptable.

Almost impossible to get replies from customer service. Eventually told me they were not interested and now they don't reply anymore.

Outside of short warranty, no repair or refund offered. Asked for them to help me out with a reduced rate repair or to buy back my unit for spares. No response.

Recommend not dealing with KarcherOutlet

Never heard of karcher outlet, found them on ebay, and wow, what a find, found a window vac I was looking for at very reasonable price, ordered on Sunday night, expecting a few days grace before my partner had me cleaning anything made of glass, but no, arrived first thing Tuesday morning, good price, excellent delivery time, will definitely be using karcher outlet again,

Item arrived not working
No response to emails
Finally returned but no replacement or refund provided still
Charged for extended warranty and none showing on account
General poor service

I had a Karcher K5 hose blow, so searched KarcherOutlet to see if they had a replacement. I think they had but thought it best to ask if the hose would fit my machine. I sent images of my machine to help. I received no reply. I waited of few days and sent another email, only for that one to fall on deaf ears. I sent another whilst I searched further their sit to see if I could try and understand and work out if indeed their hose would fit. I even placed this item in their basket but then I had to leave the site as I was called away from the computer. I forgot to remove the item from the basket. A day or two later KarchetOutlet contacted me to say I had an item in the basket but did not seem to make the purchase. They told me to contact them if I needed any help. Following that advice, I emailed again for advice and to let them know they had not replied to my emails sent for advice/help. They still have not contacted me. This is for a possible purchase and they treat a possible customer in such a way. How can we trust a company that treats a customer like this who wishes to purchase. Very poor service. Can't trust them if anything I purchase from them goes wrong and I need help. If things go well the first time for people of course they are going to be happy but I ask you this: What if you had my complaint happen to you, would you be happy? I maybe wrong but like some customers who have left a review here, you would be very unhappy.

All good. Quick delivery. Item works well and no issues with being a refurb, just a lot cheaper.

A very satisfactory experience ,I would certainly use again, and encourage others to do likewise.

I purchased a refurbished window vac. Completely non functional from the moment it arrived. I arranged a return. Had to wait in all day for it to be collected (8am-5pm time slot). A few weeks after the return, I'd still had no replacement or contact so I chased Karcher and after several emails was told it had been lost in transit. But because I contacted them a replacement was going to be sent out.

Once replacement arrived - you guessed it. Dead as a dodo, straight out of the box. It wouldn't charge, turn on. Just a large paper weight. I contacted them and was told I should raise another return but this time should ask for a refund.

In the refund notes I explained I could not wait in all day but that I was willing to take the package to the nearest couriers depot. I received no reply or contact. I emailed them again with the same question. Still no reply.

I then received an automated email that a return had been booked and the collection date was the next morning - time between 8am - 5pm.

The pick up was supposed to be today, unfortunately I wasn't able to take a days emergency leave from work. I've had no card through the door and no call from the courier to say the pick up was missed. This has been the biggest waste of time ever! My advice is unless you like re packaging things, waisting money and waiting in a lot - Don't bother with Karcher Outlet.

Karcher I'm more than willing to revise this review if you can resolve this for me, but I won't hold my breath.

Thank you this is my second Karcher Window Vac. Original Window vac still going strong after several years of use. I treated myself to a new Karcher window vac and gifted my older model to my mother. It is a superb item which does exactly what it promises. Also an excellent price do I an again a very happy customer, thank you.

Ordered a Karcher K4 Full control. Good price, quick delivery. However there was a problem with the lance. It was very very stiff to attach to the handle and when I removed it the yellow insert was stuck in the handle. I raised an issue late afternoon and had an email the following morning saying a new lance was being sent out to me. I received it today - all working. Issues occur but the measure of good service is how a business sorts them out. I cannot fault the response I received and I am very happy.

Thought the site was very informative with loads of info. It’s also quite ‘busy’ though with so much packed onto each page with small print and is therefore not as ‘easy on the eye’ in layout as maybe it could be?

Unfortunately this seems to be yet another example of a company selling items they don’t have in stock and then failing to communicate... I placed an order on Wednesday 29th January. 7 working days later on Friday 7th February I finally got an email saying the order has been dispatched and I will get it within 1-2 working days (yet to see when it will actually arrive). It really shouldn’t have been that hard for them to advise of the delay in delivery and it has been me trying to chase. So in conclusion, definitely not the 3-5 working days as advertised more like 8 or 9 working days....

Ordering from Karcher Outlet was so easy. Washer arrived in good time and was boxed securely. I've used the washer a couple of times and I've encountered no problems, it works as it should.

Everything went smoothly and arrived earlier than expected. The only problem was the DHL delivery driver left it on the door step while we were out. We only went out because of the tracking time gIven was much later.

Thank you for your response. The order was actually placed over the weekend so you was in receipt of the order first thing on Monday. Your delivery terms specify 4-5 working days so I make that Friday. You seem to be getting confused with despatch and delivery. The email you sent to me states that the item will be despatched today and delivery will be 1-2 working days. I find that no contact number or live chat is pretty unbelievable in this day and age. Yes I have had a missed call from you but perhaps you have yet to here about a fantastic new invention called an answer phone where you can leave a message if someone is out.

Very good quality and excellent service and very helpful staff and a great product.

window cleaner bought from them in with a year warranty, item leaked water and and was replaced and invoice said twelve months warranty. replacement failed after nine months contacted them and refused any help as they said the warranty should be back dated to the first one even though invoice said it came with twelve months
units had only light use
two units both faulty - were these properly refurbished or faulty machines supplied? machines should last longer than this -shouldn't they???
recommend not to deal with this company

Must say I was a bit sceptical after reading some bad reviews.
However I am delighted with my refurbished K3, so far.
Looks and feels like new, was well packaged.
I was kept informed about expected delivery, and it arrived as it said.
I unpacked it and put it together(few easy steps) and have just cleaned my patio, using a patio head, I already had from a previous karcher which had stopped working.
It was excellent in every way, so far, it only arrived today.

This company does not warrant one star they are the worst company I have ever dealt with there customer service is non existant parts missing not reply to emails rubbish
