17 days waiting for my chronic pain medication
UPDATE: After 23 days, I have finally received my prescribed medication. I want to mention that the support staff was always kind and polite throughout this process. Because of the good treatment I received, I will consider increasing my star rating in the future if I see that this long delay was just an isolated incident and not a recurring issue. For now, I am glad the situation is finally resolved.

I have been waiting for my chronic pain medication for 17 days. After a two week delay due to a portal bug, I was told to reorder using an 'old method'. However, the product is now out of stock, and I have received no guidance on how to choose a replacement or if my initial payment will be refunded.
It is unacceptable for a medical service to leave a chronic pain patient without treatment for nearly three weeks while holding their money. There is a complete lack of professional support to resolve stock issues or handle refunds. I am still waiting for a solution and for the medication I paid for 17 days ago.
