From my initial conversation, I immediately felt that I was speaking to people who genuinely understood how serious and stressful the situation was for me. Throughout the whole process, I was kept informed, my questions were answered, and I always felt that my case was being taken seriously.

My solicitor, Sukhdip Randhawa, was exceptional. He worked incredibly on my behalf, including making repeated representations to the prosecution, exploring alternatives to prosecution, negotiating right up to the hearing, carefully reviewing the evidence I provided, and preparing a detailed mitigation bundle for court.

What impressed me most was that he never simply gave up when the prosecution initially refused to withdraw the case. He continued to explore every possible option and fought hard to achieve the best outcome available for me.

On the day of the hearing, Sukhdip presented my circumstances and mitigation extremely well. The prosecution had put forward a much more serious sentencing position, but after hearing the mitigation, the Magistrates took time to consider the matter before reaching their decision. The final outcome was significantly more favourable than what I had feared, and I genuinely believe the hard work and preparation from KANGS made a huge difference.

Throughout what was one of the most stressful periods of my life, I felt supported and represented properly. Sukhdip was professional, approachable, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable.
