The owner BEGS for positive reviews and berates customers for calling her out in direct messages. She then gets called out and plays the victim after being totally rude. Dont buy here

The company cannot handle criticism to the point of directing abuse, threats, insults, and harassment towards people, and won't take accountability when confronted. Kaima Cosmetics has a lengthy history of abusing customers. I'm writing this review so others know to avoid them.

Terrible quality, customer service is terrible.

The brightness and color changing abilities are over hyped. Products do not perform as well as they do in the videos.
Do not get caught up in the false hype because you will be disappointed.

AliExpress quality repackaged. Horrible costumer service. Business has asked for fake positive reviews which is questionable. You don’t have to ask for them if you are a reputable brand and actually conduct your “business” right. I can’t imagine being a business owner and not know how to appropriately respond to criticisms.

Absolutely not.

Totally forgot I even had this crap in my draw, until I finally got around to tossing out my scam/fake review bought products today.
Now, I'm in no way heavy handed with the unusable or unsuited to my skin products, but Christ on a stick, the mess that fell out when I opened this back up reminded me exactly why it was put into the draw of shame to start with. The quality is absolutely shocking. Essentially nothing but dusty fallout & bad payoff on the skin, not to mention a little irritating to my skin, & I'm not a sensitive girly. I've actually ordered products from Temu & Aliexpress that had more substance & colour payoff about them, & didn't leave the mess this product did all over the place.
I'm far from opposed to a little chrome sparkle & shine, but 🤦‍♀️ my draw now looks like a disco ball in a rave.

This company and owner are awful. Some of the reviews say they thought they had bought from Shein, you probably have in a "repacked " way. Many small companies that sell chrome/chameleon shadows or nail products do indeed buy from Shein and relabel the products. How do I know? Because I buy these from Shein and they are cheap and work. If they are rubbish I don't mind as I have only spent 50p or £1. If however I spend £15 from another company for the same EXACT product I'm going to be mad. I have seen my Shein product sold in this exact same way and got blocked for putting this in a comment lol

THE WORST customer service I have ever encountered. Not to mention that the pigment was nearly nonexistent and nothing of what has been advertised in many videos I watched.
Such a disappointment. Especially for an indy brand amd small business.

Avoid! The owner is a mean girl! We don’t support brands like these! I hope you learn to be a better human, from this experience.

trying to get your followers to leave fake reviews on your shit cosmetics to boost up your overall rating after you got valid criticism and bad reviews really backfired hm? Also calling someone who gives you valid criticism a “fatty” and making fun of their skin..? Mean girl behaviour. Don’t trust a mean girl to teach you about beauty and be responsible for your makeup. Bought from you guys ages ago and to say that your product was absolutely terrible would be an understatement. But more importantly, fix your personality before you fix your makeup.

Bodyshamed a creator who called them out for begging for positive trust pilots reviews, and then deleted their apology and is pretending it never happened

Awful customer service. I recommend looking into their history of name calling and other disgusting behavior toward their customers.

Based on the customer service experiences of not just a few reviewers, I am ashamed to admit I once made an order/purchase from Kaima. My experience was about the same as Ella's. Non returning emails with questions about being over charged and why it took 4 months to receive only half my order.
I usually don't write reviews. This time, I had to make the exception and share my thoughts and experience with the world too.
Gemma... Shame on you and your 4 employees!!!! 🤥👹🤬
