Edit:
after I did the work for the parcel-service (PostNord...or was it PestNord?), the goods have been found and delivered today. the color is as expected and the quality seems to be ok as well.
So I will go up to 4 stars as the delivery-issue was not caused by k-rauta.

Amazing service and product
It was a very quick home delivery with a very good service, the furniture was taken inside the apartment.
I got the Cello Luna sofa, it is a very good piece of furniture for the price I paid for it, totally worth it.

With out exception ,the worst customer …
With out exception ,the worst customer service I have ever experienced .we purchased a motor saw that stopped after ten minutes ,upon returning the saw to the store ,expecting a replacement or a refund on an obviously faulty machine,we were informed that since it had been used ,it could not be replaced ,A question ,without using a machine ,how is it possible to know if something is wrong with it.
Four weeks since buying a machine for 5000sk ,we are still waiting for K Rauta workshop to repair a new machine .

I have received the invitation to fill in this feedback form before my order was delivered. In fact, I am quite confused, since the email with the tracking of the delivery had no tracking number.
