Scam company who still haven’t given me a refund after a month

This is an absolute joke. I just got scammed out of 140 dollars. I was sent fake mini skzoo when I ordered the 5’oclock teddy bears and now the website is completely missing.

I mistakenly believed this to be the official Stray Kids merch website. I now know it is not. It is absolutely a scam website. I placed an order on February 16, 2025. They sent me an email the next day, letting me know they were cancelling and refunding my order due to my account supposedly having “security concerns”. I then discovered that the amount they charged my credit card was different from the amount on my confirmation email - they charged me a completely random amount and I have no idea where they came up with it. Aside from that, they assured me I would receive the refund within 3-5 working days. I sent them a follow-up email, after waiting for two weeks and receiving nothing. They replied and asked me to continue to wait. At the end of March I contacted my credit card company and was told that they never sent a refund. An investigation has now been opened into the transaction and will be completed within 90 days. Since I have saved all of my emails with them, I’m confident I will receive a full refund from these scammers. I’m only coming on here so I can let everyone know that this company is absolutely not legitimate and absolutely a scam - do not purchase from them!

Product did not match description and now they keep saying they have given me a 30% refund but there has never been a refund into my account

Honestly they DON'T even deserve 1 star, this site is NO GOOD.... DON'T order from them! Read their privacy policy, shipping policy, payment policy & you might understand that it is a scam!!!

I went to cancel my order. They responded by saying that they would, with a small deduction, I just needed to respond, which I did. 3 hours later, I got an email saying my order was sent out. I sent them a message asking them what happened, they replied saying the order was sent out, so it was too late to cancel.

While this was happening, I took a deeper dive on their website. They have multiple emails for their support, and they say there is a "track my order" button at the bottom of the page, but there isn't.

This site is a complete scam. They just want your money, once you give it to them, it's gone for good.

I should have searched for reviews! Do Not Order. Was sent something other than what I ordered and it was fake on top of that! Currently trying to get a full refund. So far they've only offered 20% and 33% refund which is unacceptable for not only wrong, but FAKE, merchandise. Shop Elsewhere!

This site is a scam. NOT THE OFFICAL SITE for anything. They didn’t have what I wanted in stock so just sent me something else. Instead of sending me the items- offered a 20%refund!?
Do not use this site.

Do not order from this company.
If you product you ordered isn't in stock they just send you something. When you contact them an complain and offer a refund if you keep the item. Then they never send a refund and don't answer any emails after that.
