Unbelievably bad treatment. They've sent me this email which is full of lies. I've never recieved my retractable ladders , instead the sent me a £9.00 set of inpods. I've not received any repayment. To be threatened with not being refunded if I make a dispute only proves that I've not received any refunds.
I saw this company on Facebook marketplace. I've tried to inform Facebook but found it impossible to do so, they should not allow bogus companies like this, there are so many bad reviews, how can they be stopped!!!!

Jutery.com advertising on marketplace…
Jutery.com advertising on marketplace which I’ve had trouble with. I bought some collapsible ladders from them, when it came to pay the first two attempts said error and then accepted payment on the third attempt. looking on my bank ballance they took three payments from me. I informed them and they said that they would only account for one set of ladders but there’s no sign of repayment for the other two sets. I've asked for repayment and heard nothing. Now they are saying that I've recieved my ladders but so of them. Again I've contacted them and heard nothing. I don't think they should be allowed to advertise on your marketplace.

Don't ever use JUTERY.COM
Don't ever use JUTERY.COM. Nor its identical twin site WEKDER.COM. Both are 100% fraudulent e-commerce sites. Both will take your money, and appear legitimate, but they NEVER deliver the goods. They use Facebook Ads a lot too. The listed (China-based) directors of this company change constantly, as does the official listing at UK Companies House. AVOID!!!
