Took my daughters car to get the brakes fixed but turned out to be different problem… was kept informed all the way along the guys here are great

Had my third MOT Test this year carried out today (11/4/22) at Just Nice Clean Cars. Again i found the service i received was excellent, and will use them again.

A very big thank you to the team at JNCC for another great service and MOT on my aged but much loved car. These guys do whatever is needed to keep it running and keep me happy and confident that it will get me there and back!

Great service, great people, prompt, courteous, nice waiting area and a coffee while you wait. This really is a first class facility whether you are buying a vehicle or getting one serviced or MOT’d. I cannot imagine you’d find better. Thank you to the whole team from a very satisfied customer.

I bought a car from them in 2020 which was faulty. I spent months going back and forth with them about the fault which caused my car to use insane amounts of oil. Each time they sent me away having cleaned out and refilled the oil. They would always put a spare few litres in my boot for free knowing I’d quickly run low (1L per 50-100miles). They told me repeatedly that they could not identify the fault and that I should complain to my finance company.

I spent nearly 2 years going through the complaints process with my finance company. Both JNCC and the finance company fought me whilst I tried to prove the fault was there when I bought the car. I lost. I now pay for a car which is dead and can’t be driven.

JNCC didn’t give me invoices when I took the car to them. Mainly because the car was faulty so they did all checks and fixes for free. They told me because it was free there was nothing to give me.

They told me they couldn’t identify a fault however I’ve since had several mechanics identify the fault. Problem is it’s going to cost more than the car is worth to fix which I’m sure is why JNCC “failed to find the fault.”

Either way… they’re either bad mechanics who can’t spot faults which all other mechanics can, or they’re cowboys. Don’t buy from them.
