Amazing company with great offer prices on branded baby items and super fast delivery. Ordered from them twice now and always get a cheaper deal. Would highly recommend.

Avoid!

This company does not understand “Consumer Rights” and has stated that their Terms and Conditions supersede the Consumer Rights Act 2015 which is factually incorrect. I placed an order at 5am and subsequently realised I ordered the wrong item. I contacted them 3 and half hours later at 8:30am to cancel the order and they are charging me a £10 admin fee for the cancellation.
I only ordered online and asked to cancel before any action was occurred, but she was saying that she lost money when she did not even dispatch the item yet.

Ridiculous!

This is what she said,

I’m sorry but I am not refunding the £10. Why should I loose money for costs already incurred because you have changed your mind?

Ordered Thursday afternoon and it arrived Friday. Great service. Also found a product that was hard to find elsewhere in the colour I wanted.

Ordering and delivery were perfect, however the description of the product (Thule chariot) is not sufficiently specific ( at delivery we discovered there is the security option required for small baby)

They don't update order status on the website but are very helpful when you give them a call. My order arrived In the expected time frame.

There were a few issues with the delivery timeframes (we ordered the babyzen yoyo which seems to be out of stock everywhere) but once I messaged to query they were all resolved and we got the shipping updates through via email.
Response was very quick and explained what happened. We are expecting to receive the pushchair today so looking forward to trying it out!

Misleading information on the website.
Website advertise fast delivery and item in stock "early November". Once followed up with customem service after the purchase I discovered that item was not going to be shipped before 15 November and eventually arrived 10 days after the purchase.
