It rarely starts first time, just nothing and then I try it again a few minutes later and it sometimes starts.. very worrying . I would like to know what cd be wrong and what makes this happen on a brand new starter motor?

Service was great and Lorah was extremely helpful on the phone when I forgot to put my discount code in! I just want to give some feedback about the pins that hold in the front disc brake pads on my t2 van. I found them impossible to drive home because the collar that grips the caliper would not go into the hole, despite a lot of encouragement. I ended up reusing my old pins which were still serviceable. I don’t know if others have encountered this problem.
