A lot of fake reviews here. I got scammed by Justin Fontenelle too. There a legal procedures against him and Bruno Gondel, they operate under the names Jinaway, JustInvestNow, JIN, Smartinvest, Reborn, Namastay, Smartinvestco, Rexxon. They scammed many people, mostly from France, (see article Le Parisien "Ils pensaient faire un bon placement en investissant à Détroit, leur rêve américain a viré au cauchemar"), be careful with these people.

“Justinvestnow” (Justin Fontenelle) also operates a business which bills itself as a “house sitting service”. We had previously had an incident with squatters in our home and hired Sleep Tight on the advice of our property manager. We wanted to ensure the squatters didn’t return while we sought out a new tenant. We paid weekly for the service. After a couple of months and dozens of showings, we still hadn’t found a renter. It was at this point that we learned about the “house sitter”. She was keeping the house in poor condition, with dishes and clothes strewn about (including used condoms). We decided to evict her and it was at this point that everything hit the fan. When we demanded she leave, we found out she was in another state and wouldn’t be back for 4 days. (How is that house sitting?!?) Justin stopped responding completely. And the house sitter (whose name I do not have) left a broken down car in our driveway. The final straw was receiving a bill this morning for a week we’d already paid for. Stay fae away from Justin Fontenelle and any of his associated businesses. I think he’s more interested in making cringey You-Tube videos than providing services for his clients.
Justin will likely reply calling me a bot or a liar. I can assure you I am neither and if you’d like more details, feel free to look me up on social media!

No matter the ups and down of my investment, JustInvestNow was always here to help me find solutions to potential issues that any investor could face. I appreciate their time and patience and do not regret my investment one bit.

I have invested with this company.
Everything any smooth at the beginning to sign and invest, then the nightmare started. Houses were overvalued, renovation not real, the management of house was worst than with a mafia. They were rude and unhelpful, over invoicing regularly.

It turned out I have lost 55 000 Usd !!!

Beware, this company is a scam. Investing with JustInvestNow was incredibly stupid and a big waste of money. The houses are cheaply done if not renovated at all and the prices are pumped in comparison to the real market value. I constantly receive bills for works that are not done. The bills come in pieces of handwritten paper and the money is taken straight away from my account, I barely get any rent at all. Justinvestnow claims a 10-12% return on investment yearly but I'm on -7% after the 6 months of warranty. DO NOT INVEST WITH THEM!!!
