Difficult to join
Once I could get on to my page, which was part of a group, it was a great platform. I found it difficult to claim my page and nearly gave up. Please make it easier to join. I could not give more than three stars because of how frustrating the process was.

User friendly and really easy to use
User friendly and really easy to use. I logged all my details along the race I was fund raising for and sent it out to my work colleagues, who were able to donate, again with ease. All it about 10 minutes - brilliant!

The just giving page
I do love the platform once I can get all the team on but the low score is for the fuss and trouble with getting everyone on and claiming their pages what a letdown and very frustrating. Some just give up and don’t have a page so the charity does lose out.

I had a very good experience using Just…
I had a very good experience using Just Giving.
I was using it to raise money for London City Mission as I was taking part in their Big London Walk.
The page was easy to set up and I advertised it on my Facebook account to get donations.
I raised a good amount of money for London City Mission through using Just Giving.

Marked 4 stars only because I think they are missing a trick with the types and content you could include in updates, or integrations beyond simple fitness apps provided. The platform itself is obviously flawless for the purpose of raising money for your chosen charity, no questions there at all. But the experience could be just a little bit better with more flexibility in content types you could share or embed on the main fundraising page, such as live tracking services from LocaToWeb for example.
