Where is my credit score?
You have already deducted € 39.95 from my account as a "VIP" as stated in your program, but I have no credit score and my all collected points are gone. justfab always takes money from customer accounts?
I contacted customer service and 3 people responded but the problem was never resolved. just like roller coaster back from first conversation, storytelling and no end.
