Best site i have ever played and no I am not leaving this review to get a bonus. I have won easily over $10,000 maybe even $15,000 within a 6 month period and biggest win was $4200. It funded alot of my social life and things we needed and I know gambling isnt for everyone as alot of people dont know self control but I can say on this site, i have made way more money than I have lost. I only play about $100 a fortnight so i am definitely up.

Use to rate this place, but they are just ever so slowly making it less customer friendly and more about lining their pockets. I leveled which takes 50k worth of wagering, my grand prize… 15x20 cent spins, seems fair. They will take a full 24 hours to reject your withdrawal, just to represent their “timer” because all withdrawals need to take 24 hours apparently, more like they want customers to cancel and play their winnings.., irresponsibly gambling practices, and now their support is utterly woeful, took an hour for a response last night and they all copy and paste the same thing (Levi)

If you’re looking to deposit multiple times and losing your money then go for it this website I’ve deposited over $2000, with each deposit our deposit $150-$200 each time playing different games and constantly losing never exceeding my original deposit. I don’t recommend this website at all. You have a better chance on playing on stake or any UK provider. At this point, I sure just taken the $2000 and burn it myself. This experience was not at all great I thought that had fun and having up and down train with this website but has been downhill from here.

An absolute nightmare of a site. Made a small deposit under $100. I used a code that was offered as a pop up window when I tried to log out. It was a decent bonus, 150% match, so I used the code and made my deposit. When I tried to play the slots I had no money to play. I used the support messaging and got Vivienne! What a shit show that was. She basically told me, tough luck too bad, how sad, you should have read all the conditions. So I cancelled the bonus, since I never got to place a bet all the money in the account was mine, so I thought! I asked her how do I withdraw my money, she then informs me that I had to wager a bet first to get my money and also verify my account before withdrawing, told me to read the fine print basically. I told her I would rather burn my money instead of giving it to their business. She told me my money will be held until I wager the bet. I proceeded with the verification process and was only allowed to withdraw half the amount. I spoke to another support person and they have helped me get verified and hopefully all of my money back. Big fat lesson learnt, JUST CASINO THANKS FOR PUTTING ME OFF ONLINE GAMBLING FOR GOOD!!!!
Update: I had to wager x3 my deposit. I was determined to get my deposit so I painstakingly played .20 bet for hours until I completed the x3 wagering. I had also been fully verified so I thought my $60 withdrawal would be accepted, NOOOOO. The method I had opted was direct bank transfer, $300 minimum withdrawal for that method! I was devastated! I ended opening a crypto wallet which took a while but I did it in the end and got my money back from Just Casino and I’ve never gone back to their site again.

I didn't have access to my old account and hadn't used it for months. So I opened a new one. And the system allowed it. I verified my account. And a Just Casino employee did that manually. So I trusted the site called Just Casino and deposited money 8 times. I lost all of my first 7 deposits.And I had no problems. But on my 8th investment, I earned $4200 and made a profit of $1470. Because the money I invested was $2730.And after that, they caused me problems because of the double accounting and deleted out all my winnings. They paid me back the $2730 I deposited. Now I'm asking the casino: There was no problem when I lost. Why is there a problem now that I've started winning? This is a freeroll tactic. Stop scamming people.

Please deposit my winnings of $1470 into my account as soon as possible. I will not close the complaint until I receive my payment. And I will report JUST CASINO on every platform.

I had a very disappointing experience with JustCasino.

I deposited $200, received a bonus, and completed all wagering requirements while strictly following the visible rules in the game. My base bets were always below the allowed $5 limit.

After completing the bonus requirements, I continued playing and my balance reached approximately $59,000.

When I requested withdrawals, only $5,000 was paid ($4,000 + $1,000), while the remaining ~$54,000 was confiscated.

The casino later claimed that “bonus buy” features count as a single bet exceeding the limit, however this is not clearly explained to players and is not visible during gameplay. The only visible value is the base bet, which I followed.

What is even more concerning is that I have been playing the same way for over a year and previously withdrew $8000 without any issues.

Only after a large win did the casino reinterpret the rules and confiscate my winnings.

I have tried to resolve this directly and even escalated to the regulator, but the casino has refused further communication.

This feels unfair and inconsistent, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious

I would like to report a serious scam involving a fraudulent website that has stolen $30,000 from me.

I was misled and deceived into depositing funds on their platform under false promises. After completing the transactions, my funds suddenly disappeared without any explanation. When I attempted to withdraw or contact support, I was either ignored or given misleading responses.

This is a clear case of fraud and financial theft. I have evidence of all transactions, communications, and account activity related to this incident.

I kindly request an immediate investigation into this matter and urgent action to recover my funds and hold those responsible accountable.

Please treat this case with the highest priority.

Some games on justcasino are fun but some of them pays little. Some games takes a while to get it back. But overall, the fun is finding out which is good to play and which are not fun because of losing more than gaining.

Great games and good time in response for help with the site. Could just try to upgrade their deposit on their end for a quick withdraw for us. Would also probably benefit them as well. If people could pull out large amounts then if they are wanting to play more games can deposit back some of their winnings
