Perfect Gift for someone who has everything. The quality and workman ship is top notch.

I placed an order on September 19th it is now October 22nd. I tried to get on the website and it is gone. I tried to call and the number is no longer in service. I have been calling for 2 days now. Fortunately I paid with bank card and Bank of America will refund the sale and investigate but I urge you all to be cautious when ordering from this company at this point. It looks as if they have closed down the company. Oh and it's odd that their phone number is the same as their fax number. Very sketchy.

After seeing the address plaques available at Lowes I decided to do a little on-line shopping for a more reasonable price. Justaddressplaques.com has the same exact plaques for a MUCH better price. The plaque was received today & it is beautiful, can not wait to get it mounted on my house. The only issue I had with this order was the follow up emails for the notification of the order. I called & left a message for an update & they did call my home & also left a message with a UPS tracking number, but the tracking number was missing a digit per UPS. Had to call & leave another message, but I finally deciced when I got home to just go on-line & CHAT with a representative who obtained the correct tracking number & all was perfect from there. I did find an update email but it was in my spam folder... All in all, I would gladly use Justaddressplaques again & I will recommend them to my family & friends.

It came in about 2.5 weeks with no problems. It looks really good. I don't know if it stands up to being in the weather yet.

I ordered a yard address sign last Fall. This Spring I noticed the paint was chipping off. I e-mailed the company and they responded quickly, I sent a few photos and they remade my sign without any complaint at all. In fact, I decided I wanted the bigger size so they sent that and I only paid the difference. Overall I was very impressed with their customer service after the sale. The new sign appears to be of very good quality.

I ordered the cabin address/street name plaque in the copper color. I wish the letters would have been a bit more "stand-out" from the plaque but overall very nice and was done correctly :-)

Found several choices that fit my needs. I liked how I could search by size. This really helped as my available size was limited and it saved my a lot of time by not having to click each design I liked and see if the size would work for me. Shipping was quick and reasonably priced. I did have an issue where I ordered 2 signs and they only sent me one. My receipt shows 2 and I'm still waiting for their response, but it's only been a little bit, not even 1 full business day since I contacted them via email. I'll have to re-rate if they don't figure out what happened to my other plaque.

Product is exactly like it was pictured on Website. Easy directions which made installation a breeze. Now address can be visible from the street.

This is my second order placed with them. I had a small issue with the first one and they fixed the situation immediately. Can't wait for my second assess plaque to arrive.

We chose to go with this company after looking at comparables in price. The plaque came out great everything we wanted and more. I would give them 5 stars however there needed to be further confirmation as to shipping and status of the same. Had to email the company twice to get the shipping status, other than 2 emails the plaque and delivery was great!

The website needs to be updates. The color selection in particular needs to be upgraded. You need to be able to build your own sign in the finish that you think you want. This preview is needed!! I do not have real good faith that the color/finish that I chose will be a good one because your sample pics and the size of these pics is so small. --- Look at your website as if it was like a automobile website where you can build your own car: you could and should do that with your signs.

I would highly recommend this company. Service was prompt and quality far exceeded my expectations.

I purchased this plaque a short week or so ago. The instructions for yard installation were practical and the stake set up appeared that it would secure the address plaque well enough. However, the stake they sent me was not the one pictured in the instructions. So to make a long story short. I spoke with customer service at justaddressplaques.com., they were helpful. Apparently the manufacturer sent me the wrong or the old instructions manual. Because the stake they sent me was not the stake in the picture, instead I received a 20" pipe that was flat at the bottom. I guess this is their new set up, which didn't work for me. So I purchased a stake from amazon that I can actually drive into the ground then slide this pipe/stake into that and secure in place (sort of like a stake for a flag pole or umbrella) which seems to be more practical, I would then be able to change the batteries in the address plaque without having to take it out of the ground every time. Hopefully it will work out. The plaque itself is very nice.

I ordered a plaque for my son's new home with specific instructions on an apostrophe after the last letter in the surname since it ended with an "S". The person at the company thought there was an error in the placement so decided to insert the apostrophe between the last two letters instead of its requested placement in the order, which was specifically indicated on the order form. The plaque was a surprise gift for my son. When he received it, he didn't know who ordered it. He did notice the apostrophe was in the incorrect place, but didn't mention it. I finally asked about the plaque after the 30 days policy and discovered the incorrect workmanship. I didn't pursue it with justaddressplaques because of the written policy. After reading these reviews, I should have pursued it since it was a manufacture error, not an order error. I would love to resolve this if contact from justaddressplaques. I did reply to the order address in the email I received, but never heard from the company. Maybe this review, if reviewed, will receive some action to resolve. Other than that error, the plaque is of good quality and workmanship.

I love the beautiful wall address placque that I ordered from Just Address Plaques! It looks great on my house! The quaility is superb and the service incredibly fast---especially during the busiest shipping week right before Christmas! I highly recommend this company!

The address plate was fabricated and delivered as ordered. No fuss....no muss. Much better and more attractive than plastic box store house number solutions.

They have an excellent selection. Product quality TBD.That is a risk for a $100+++ expenditure. Different but good customer service. One is uncertain if theyare talking to the company or an outsource capability. No matter what it delivered. I did not get it that signs need to be made before recieving shipment confirmation. Sign here in 3 days, 17 vs. order date..

We were looking for a catchy address plaque for a gift. After looking at numerous websites that were unable to customize what we were looking for, i stumbled upon this place and found exactly what i was wanting and at a reasonable price. Thank you so much!

Purchased rather expensive address numbers for the house and when I went to exchange them for a different color, I was denied, because it was just outside of the 30 day return policy. What harm is it to them? I was asking to exchange the numbers, not for a refund. Regardless, a good owner would do whatever it takes to make it right. Not so here. Not even willing to talk about it.

I work in design and building and will make sure all of my contractor and builder associates are aware of this.

Stay away.

We got our address plaque well within the time frame the company stated and it was perfectly done. It was much sturdier than I was expecting and looks wonderful on our house.
