Rude and unhelpful staff

I have rented multiple times in the past and have never dealt with ruder people, who speak down to you and will go out of their way to be unhelpful.

These people ignored the rule of giving us 24 hour notice to gain access to the property and more than once we had random work men letting themselves into our flat whilst we were home with no warning.

When we spoke to the previous tenants, they sadly also had a similar experience with these Letting agents.
