Tonight, we ordered pizza. The delivery driver dropped the pizzas. After that, the pizza didn't look so appetizing.
If we're paying 40 francs, we expect something decent in return.

We ordered the Food a few minutes before 1 pm and waited 1 hour , I looked up when my order should have arrived and just saw that it will be delivered at 03:21 pm !this is redicelous !!!waiting nearly 2 and a half hours for a order !this isn’t my first time ordering so I can say it doesn’t take this long normally , normally it takes a bit over an hour , wich I find too long anyway…this accident will influence my opinion about Hans I’m Glück.(when you still wanna order order at least one and a half hour before you wanna eat !

Delivery time was set for 40mim. It's been 1h40 and I still didn't receive my order. Called to ask about it 30m ago. It's was supposed to take 10m more. Still waiting. As there is no GPS trackimg it's impossible to know where the deliverer is...

Unacceptable!

We sometimes write about restaurants that create fake reviews and use fake names for deliveries. Unfortunately, Just Eat does not respond to these issues. As a result, we now deliver on Uber Eats.

We ordered with just eat at Darbar ZH.
The food came very fast and it was delicious.
We are already customers for a while but they improve the food more and more.
We ordered Friday 14 of June and we are very happy and will order soon again.

Just eat are a awful company I have ordered McDonald’s and have had missing items submitted a request for the refund and then never get your refund or your money back disgusting
Do not use Just Eat ever again

Money stolen from my bank account. I used Just Eat to order groceries and half of the items did not arrive. I requested money back for the missing items but was told they would not refund. I asked for scanning receipts to see if it was the grocery provider or the courier who was at fault, they have not replied. Do not use unless you want to risk having money taken from your bank account and then to be ignored.

It is a company that is not trustble. My order is waiting to be pick up at Five Guys for 30 minutes and they say that will deliver in 20 in. So the food will be ready for 50 minutes before arrieve!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Blame on you Just Eat

I waited 2 hours for my food and then it was totally cold, destroyed and uneatable!!!

Order was missing items which is a regular occurrence, when I escalated to just eat they got back to me and stated that I've made too many complaints and will not be able to assist on any form of compensation upon explaining of the bewilderment of how me or anyone else making a complaint over missing items being the customers fault and that this shouldn't affect the customers right for a refund they repeatedly send generic emails stating they won't be assisting with any form of compensation
