I ordered a delivery which never arrived, it was ready at 8pm, nobody picked up after half an hour and I called the restaurant, they said they were waiting for the delivery guy. After another 45 minutes they call me back as there is no delivery guy and I have to go and pick it up. Never any more nor just eat not that restaurant

Beware of this if your food doesn’t turn up there’s nothing you can do
Just eat customer services just said it isn’t in line with their policy to offer a refund
Somebody probably got our food but it certainly wasn’t us £56 wasted !!

We have JE in our workplace and depend on their drivers to deliver goods to costumer. But consistently we have JE drivers steal food out of costumer bags or doesn't completed delivery at all. This results in business receiving negative feedback from costumer, how comes that all these years JE cant fix such simple issue? Uber Eats done it, Deliveroo done it. Shame on you JE

We ordered through just eat for the summer palace takeaway in st Helen’s, we do usually order from there but tonight’s order has been inedible. The salt content was so high it’s turned my stomach I only managed a few fork’s and binned the lot. I have even come to bed as it’s turned my stomach, I feel like I’ve eaten spoonfuls of salt just unacceptable! £35 literally in the bin!!

I would like to file a complaint regarding an order placed through the Just Eat app on [insert date]. We placed our order at 6:45 PM from Artigiano Pizzeria Napoletana, and the delivery took around two hours to arrive.
This delay is unacceptable, especially for a simple pizza order. During this time, we did not receive proper updates about the delivery status, making the experience even more frustrating.
We expect Just Eat to take measures to prevent such issues in the future. I would appreciate a response regarding this matter.

My order was never delivered
My order was never delivered, yet the system falsely marked it as completed. After waiting for hours and making multiple calls to the restaurant—who was also unable to reach you or resolve the issue—I had no choice but to personally visit the restaurant to get a replacement order.
This is entirely unacceptable. Just Eat failed to provide the service I was charged for, and there was no accessible customer support to assist in real time. I demanded an immediate refund for this order and I'm still waiting.
Scamming behaviour.

A meant no stars
A meant n stars . I placed an order for kfc gravy bucket . £30 in total . I received coleslaw which i hate instead of gravy. No drink meal put in bin. I received £5,98 in credit which is no good as I won't ever order again. Told that's there decision can't be overturned. More or less like it or lump it. Beware

Just eat stole my money
I cancelled an order within 5mins of payment. Order was cancelled but refund has not been made, app shows the cancellation but nothing about my refund. I have contacted them by phone but it is all automated and I can't get through to anyone about where my refund is. Very disappointed. I want my money back
