Their selection across electronic, dance, and indie music is unmatched, and they often stock rare gems you can't find anywhere else. Ordering is incredibly simple, packaging is always secure, and the next-day dispatch is lightning-fast. A flawless 10/10 service every time."

Great store

This is a great story. My only reservation was the process for returns as it’s really slow compared with other companies I’ve used. Having said the the response from customer service was excellent.

Seamless

First time customer and a seamless experience from start to finish. I needed a Sennheiser mic for a live podcast and had ordered from another well-known music retailer - who let me down on the delivery date. Found JUNO via Google. They've been around for years (even before I started my Hard House website in 1998!).
So trusted seller. The mic was a little cheaper on JUNO with FREE DELIVERY! What's not to like. Mic works perfectly out of the box and the audio is terrific for a USB digital mic. Thanks guys. Top service.
