Really quick delivery of a stunning item exactly as described and well packaged.

I bought a couple of items from Juniperaberdeen including a bag, purse and keyring, and all of them were really good quality. The whole experience has been excellent from start to finish. Delivery was very quick and the customer service were extremely helpful whenever I needed information or assistance and made it so much easier to buy the products online..I’m really pleased with both the items and the service provided and would definitely recommend them.

I first bought items actually instore for my daughter and then became a member online. This has been great as Juniper is our nearest stockist (although 70+ miles away) of Nomination Italy charms and to browse online before purchasing is ideal. I was unsure of whether to mix the 'metals' together (rose gold and stainless steel) so a quick call to the store and the member of staff was super helpful and as it was 2 x gifts I was buying for my nieces They also said they would send out the charms in their own gift boxes and separate gift bags. Couldn't be happier with the whole process and would definitely recommend Juniper to my friends and family!!

Beautiful store, great to shop online where you still feel that you get a thoughtful and personal service. All the staff are consistently so nice and helpful and very gracious in their dealings. I have bought from them many times. They have beautiful stock, fast shipping and offer a super service.
They really deserve custom as they know the proper way to treat customers.

As usual a very good experience at Juniper. I had lost an earring previously purchased from Juniper and fortunately they had one last replacement set. Before they found them they were trying to contact the maker for me.
Generally Juniper is a great place for buying special gifts. I particularly appreciate that they stock a wide range of things from British designers and makers, many of them small artisans.

I did an online order and it was dispatched quickly, unfortunately Royal Mail have lost my parcel.
Contacted the shop and they couldn't have been more helpful.
Excellent 5 star service from Juniper.
It was a favourite shop of mine when I lived in Aberdeen but only get to visit occassionally if in the area for work.
