The items I ordered came very quickly and everything was perfectly packaged and just what I needed. All the items were perfect and now my rebounder works great, again.

39" Pro was just delivered. Packaging needs improvement! The box has multiple holes in it on both sides. The biggest hole is 5" wide, making it completely open to the trampoline. For the price, this needs to be packaged better. After years & years of shipping these, JumpSport knows that carriers are not careful with packages, especially this size & weight. If I had seen it being delivered, I would have refused it. Also, right after I ordered it the price dropped! I'd been waiting months, and saving for it, for the Prism to be back in stock and this is what I get..... disappointed!

Prior to making a decision to purchase a JumpSport rebounder I called customer support. I was impressed with the knowledge of the customer support person and their pleasant attitude. They sealed the deal for me.

Reasonable shipping time and secure packaging. Since my initial purchase was years ago, I did struggle choosing the right specs to replace parts.

I ordered a bar for my rebounder (which I had purchased from amazon) and received an email from jumpsport to confirm I had ordered the right product since they had nothing on file regarding my rebounder purchase. I explained to them where I got my rebounder and sent in the model number. I was pleased with their customer service to take the extra step to ensure I was getting the right thing. I got it today and it fits perfectly! Yay jumpsport!

This is my first rebounder/trampoline. After watching several videos and reading reviews I purchased the 39" Pro Fitness Trampoline. I love it. It makes exercising fun. Great surface space for movement. Nice quality, it's very sturdy. I am very pleased with my purchase. I also purchased the quick release handlebar which is a nice addition. The delivery was quick.

Upgraded from an upper bounce to a jumpsport pro. Night and day difference! Wish I did this 5 yrs ago. Glad I made the switch. Had knee reconstruction surgery done and the jump sport is gentler than my spring upper bounce rebounder. I had a 36 inch foldable and th jump sport I bought is. 39” inch the blossom color. Pink is my favorite color.

I live in Hawaii and the delivery was so fast. The quality is great and all I had to do before starting to bounce was put the legs on. So easy.

"JumpSport" rebounder was a little easier to jump compared to others. Love this rebounder and what it is doing for my all health in every area. Fast shipping and great quality product.

So far I absolutely love it! So does my kid. I had a spring one off Amazon that I was really enjoying but started researching bungee style ones. My only regret is I think I should have gotten the biggest one. I got the 44". I kept going back and forth but decided I really liked the idea of the solid frame (and that I could get it pre-assembled. And choose a different color. ) Now I wish I went ahead with the largest size even if I would have only been able to get black and not assembled. Maybe next sale.

So far I have loved the jumpsport pro. I wanted something new to add to my workouts. I have used this everyday. It is just so easy to add 20 minutes as it is fun. I love using it after my row workout. Quality of the equipment is amazing. This rebounder is solid does not move around as you bounce.

The staff member took time to confirm I had the correct rebounder already prior to finalizing my order for the rebounder handle bar.

Because I was only ordering a bar, they put my order on hold and verified I was ordering the correct bar that fits my rebounder. I appreciated the extra step. Delivery was fast.
