Ordered a Varley top
Ordered a Varley top. It came brand new & packaged but had a strange strong odour. I figured that this would go if I washed it, it did not. Contacted customer service and they said they’d do nothing about it because I’d washed it. I’ve spent plenty of money with Jules B, but not anymore.

Where an item is reported to have an unusual odour, we do need the garment to be returned in its original condition so that we can properly assess and investigate the issue. As the top had been washed before we were contacted, we were unfortunately unable to examine it as it was originally received.

Perfect fit as described. Delivery was fast although the DPD driver left my package at the wrong address so I spent 2 days trying to find it. jules B kindly refunded the delivery cost for the inconvenience.

My order was dealt with very quickly. I saw this cardigan on TV worn by a celebrity and had to have it. When it arrived I was impressed with how soft and eye catching it was and a perfect fit. It was beautifully packaged in tissue in a box. The most 'high end' item of clothing I own! Only one problem - I bought it in the middle of a heatwave so will have to wait to wear it!
