The mezuzah is beautiful I just wish it had come in a nice box. I plan on giving it as a gift

Purchased a Star of David for my granddaughter for her bat mitzvah. I was concerned that it wouldn’t arrive in time due to the war with Iran but I was able to track my package throughout the shipping process. It arrived a few days later than promised but in time for the event. The star was even more beautiful than it looked on the website and my granddaughter loved it.

Great products. Service delivery somewhat longer than expected but the package did eventually arrive. Granted it had to the other side of the world.

Unique Beautiful item. Shipped quickly considering it came from Israel. The only negative is that your website does not mention that no scroll at all is included in the purchase. All other mezuzahs I have ever purchased always came with an unkosher scroll and you had the choice to purchase a kosher one should the unkosher one not be insufficient. Your site does not provide accurate information. The customer should be informed of exactly what is or is not included with the purchase. I suggest you put “no scroll included” on all the mezuzahs you offer for sale that do not contain any scrolls, kosher or unkosher. Thank you.
