I recently completed a journey with an international airline, and overall, the experience was smooth, comfortable, and well organized. From the moment I booked my ticket until I arrived at my destination, every stage of the journey felt professionally managed, which made the entire travel experience stress free.

The booking process was simple and efficient. The airline's website was clean, responsive, and easy to navigate. Important details such as flight schedules, ticket prices, baggage allowance, and seat selection were clearly explained. JSX Allows Theft - Assumes NO Responsibility

JSX allows theft and assumes absolutely no responsibility. They are aware that passengers "accidentally" take other passengers luggage (in my opinion some passengers deliberately steal) but will not change their policy due to costs associated to documentation of changes, re-training crew, etc. Baggage is unloaded when the aircraft lands, BEFORE ANY PASSENGERS can deplane. Which means that anyone who deplanes right away can take any luggage that is already all out and displayed out of the aircraft. No JSX crew checks! JSX has ground crew standing there but do not have a policy to have the crew check the name of luggage against the name of the passenger. Obviously this happened to me that someone stole my suitcase. When I approached the ground crew, they mentioned to me "that this happens ALL THE TIME". We figured out that some idiot may have mistaken my suitcase with their suitcase. JSX called the passenger and he returned approx. half and hour later. At which time, my plans were already ruined due to the unforeseen delay. When I called customer service to complain, and insisted that they change their procedure to check that each passenger leave the premise ONLY with their suitcase, they stated that this was looked into but they decided against it because it would take time away from each passenger when deplaning. The plane only can have 30 passengers at most so how could it take too long? I am certain as a former JSX passenger (I will never fly with them again), I would appreciate the extra few minutes to make sure I am able to retrieve my property. Basically, they would rather inconvenience passengers that this happens to ALL THE TIME rather than to fix the flaw in their system. To add further insult, the incompetent customer service agent stated that major carriers do not do that but I stated that I have never experienced in all my years of flying that the baggage carousel was done and spitting out baggage and all lined up by the time passengers arrived to the carousel. If you walk to baggage claim directly after deplaning, the baggage carousel has not even starting spitting out any baggage yet. So passengers can identify their suitcase when it comes out and can claim it. So her idiotic statement was comparing apples to oranges, not apples to apples. This is a MAJOR flaw in their procedure which promotes what they call "mistakes" to avoid liability which I call theft, and they refuse to do anything about it. DO NOT FLY JSX if you want to claim your baggage/suitcase. Or sit in the first seat so you have a fighting chance to claim your property as you will be the first person off the flight and can grab your property. I will be submitting a complaint to the Department of Transportation, Better Business Bureau (which JSX is not accedited becasue they are an unsavory business), and American Airlines and Southwest Airlines to provide them with more ammunition to shut down JSX. American and Southwest were close to shutting them down but was not able to and so we should aid in legitimate businesses to operate and not companies such as JSX.

Flown over a dozen times. Worst experience by far. It I could leave a negative review I would. The most rude people I’ve ever delt with in my life. Couldn’t wait 1 min to check a bag. I’ll be surprised if people still fly this airline

Bummer!!!

I have flown JSX many times over several years, Boulder to Phoenix round trip, and then a change Boulder to Scottsdale round trip and now Centennial to Scottsdale round trip. I will no longer be flying JSX because of their parking situation at Centennial. There is none. I live in the mountains. It is extremely hard to get Uber, Lyft or even a taxi. Ridiculous. Very loyal customer now no longer.

JSX TOWED my vehicle for mistakenly parking in the wrong spot.

Upon returning from Las Vegas to Scottsdale airport, I found JSX TOWED my vehicle for mistakenly parking in the Valet section. The signage wasn’t clear and no courtesy warning note was provided. Their bold decision was to immediately remove the vehicle and ask questions later. This is the antithesis of hating their customers.

Best experience always

Best experience always. I was on this flight to Cabo form Lax and Ryan is going out of my way to make sure I get my bag for the trip as we were about to take off. The valet service is also amazing. They work together so well.

Complete ClusterF*

The concept is great, the execution is absolutely abysmal. Spent tens of thousands of dollars over 4 flights and you couldn’t pay any of us to fly with JSX again. It took more than an hour to book over the phone, and every terminal told us our reservation was made wrong, claimed they fixed it, and then every flight to follow was worse than the previous. We were unknowingly charged 24 “seat selection fees” only for them to place us at random at each flight. The bag check process was a mess, delays were common (one being over 2 hours delayed), lounges were stuffy and bare, and there was zero consistency in processes between terminals. While logistics were poor, service wasn’t any better. One employee, Dustin in Boulder, was extremely friendly and organized, the rest were a mixed bag, but Shelly and Zolandra in Dallas were the rudest, most incompetent employees we’ve ever encountered and as our final impression on our last leg home, plummeted our view of JSX from just ok to completely awful.

A Nightmare Unveiled - JSX: A Disastrous Journey of Neglect & A Communication Catastrophe

My recent experience with JSX on August 25, 2023, was a nightmare. While JSX may seem appealing under ideal conditions, when trouble arises, passengers are left to fend for themselves.

Our flight was diverted with no communication from the pilot or flight attendant. Upon landing at DIA, we endured a grueling 6-hour wait for transportation to Broomfield (30 minute drive), justified only by the explanation that more JSX flights would arrive within a couple of hours, and they would wait for all JSX flights to land before sending transportation. This excuse was both astonishing and infuriating. Left without help, we had to arrange our own transport. JSX's demeanor exuded heartlessness and apathy, creating a dismal experience.

Customer Service was equally appalling. Their dismissive attitude screamed negligence, concluding with the casual remark, "consider this matter closed."

It's crucial to stress that while JSX may offer pleasurable flights in ideal conditions, the moment adversity strikes, passengers are mercilessly discarded. This disregard is infuriating.

Regrettably, my partner and I have received superior customer service from airlines like Frontier, making JSX an unworthy and regrettable choice. Save your money and your sanity - JSX is an experience best avoided.

Consider yourself warned.

Negative Experience with JSX

I had a negative experience with JSX. They claimed my new luggage was damaged due to normal wear and tear, which I believe was not the case. Their customer service was non-existent and I had to follow-up with them multiple times. This is unacceptable for an airline, as they have a responsibility to ensure the safe transportation of their passengers' belongings. Overall, for the price I cannot recommend JSX based on my experience.

ADA violations and booking nightmares

Where do I start?
Nine times I've flown with them recently--nine times they haven't had the ramp or preboard I require for my back. I've contacted JSX support; they say they'll fix it. Nope; they don't. Now I am stuck for TWELVE HOURS at the Burbank JSX because they messed up my reservation and won't me to pay $340 to fix it. I call that astonishingly bad. Best part? They said I booked it myself--funny, it's not anywhere on my bookings. You gotta credit an airline with this much chutzpah. They used to be the BEST airline around. Now they're awful. What happened to customer service?????

I wish it had been a good experience but it wasn’t.

If I could give no stars I would!
My husband booked this airline for me as he heard it was a “First Class” airline!?
I was to have a sisters weekend to celebrate my sisters birthday starting with reservations at a resort in San Diego at 12:00pm.
Flight was to leave PHX at 9:45am to San Diego with a 10:15 arrival! Sounded Perfect!!
Got a text 5 minutes after I checked in telling me the flight is delayed a half hour. No biggie.
Then 45 minutes later, I got another text saying it’s delayed another 45 minutes. Fine, except I live an hour away and would have appreciated earlier warning!
Then, 2 minutes after we were supposed to board, I got a text that the flight was canceled! Seriously!?
They said they’d refund us/and or book us on another flight/airline.
They booked me on a Southwest flight for 3:00pm which meant I missed and totally messed up my sisters birthday celebration.
The Southwest flight was less expensive then what I paid for on JSX.
I told them I wanted my refund for the difference.
They said they couldn’t do it since they booked me on a different airline.
Total BS since they still made money on me and I wasted my whole day sitting in the airport, thus missing my sister’s celebration! I feel I should be compensated the difference in price At least!

I should have known it was going to be a bad experience after my return flight was canceled a day after I booked the round trip ticket last month.
I will never attempt to fly on this airline again! It was the most expensive airline too! I never give bad reviews but this whole experience ruined my day.

JSX HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

We were flying from Destin to Dallas which is a quick flight. Just as we passed the Texas border the pilot comes on board and says they are running out of fuel so they have to stop in Tyler Texas to refuel due to too many passengers and too much luggage that they were not expecting. This delayed us about 45 minutes. Everyone on the plane was freaking out once we landed and two people even got off in Tyler because they lived there and didn’t want to risk anything else happening.

I immediately emailed customer support to request a credit or voucher towards a future flight and they responded and they offered absolutely nothing! They said it was due to weather. This is simply not true as it was completely sunny in Florida and completely sunny in Texas and weather was never mentioned once by the Pilot.

They have a lot of kinks that I the need to work out and customer service is number ONE! For the high dollar price we pay for these tickets, they should at least offer a discount towards a future flight or a voucher! Unbelievable. Super poor customer service.

JSX is the only way to travel first…

JSX is the only way to travel first class on a semi private airline ! I flew from Burbank to Las Vegas round trip on Dec 22-24, 2019 and it was a great experience ! No long lines, No waiting for your baggage and valet parking at JSX private hanger.
Overnight parking is available for a small fee.
The aircraft was nice and comfortable and seated around 30 passengers total. The service was included with airfare and by the way was not that bad compared to regular airlines. I got to JSX hanger about 15 minutes early and checked in with no problem. JSX website will contact you where ever you happen to be on you visit and inform you about your upcoming flight and the airport traffic !
I would highly recommend JSX Air to anyone that likes to travel in first class without braking the bank.
