selling fake and broken goods

I won several items in an auction form them. When they arrived; one medal was broken. And the SS visor they sold me was a simple feuerwehrpolizei visor.
When you contact them they simply laugh at you.
I think when you sell a visor as an ss visor and later it seems that it's not, you should give money back.
I think when you pay 169 GBP to ship a 2 kg box and there is something broken in it, they should contact the shipping firm and not me....I'm quite sure the medal was broken before due to the gluerests on it.
Many people from all over the world now are ask me why I bought with those crooks anyway.
They have been in the news several times and they are very unpleasant to talk wit.
My mission is to tell everybody who wants to know what happened.
I will attach pictures, screenshots etc.

kind regards

Zero Communication, Zero Transparency

This was my first experience of selling to J P Humbert - it will definitely be my last! I decided to put my 'toe in the water' with them with some relatively low-value but nevertheless sought after items, which they described very poorly. When I made suggestions regarding improvement to said descriptions they neither acknowledged my emails (sent through their own system) nor to update them. I have to guess at how much impact their failure to act had on the final value because, nearly 4 weeks after the event, they have both failed to inform me and to list them on their website. I wholly unacceptable experience - I would advise anyone thinking of placing items with them not to and to find another auction house that cares more about their clients - without whom, of course, they wouldn't have a business!
