Terrible returns service
Returned item over a month ago and when tracked with Royal Mail it can be seen as received by the company. Still no record of the return against my account, and emails to their customer service team for an update are still unanswered.

Took me 10 days to find out actually how to do a return as their website does not let you linking from order (as per instruction). Nearly one month after returning still no refund - chat response is poor and infrequent and NOBODY WANTS TO RESOLVE CUSTOMER ISSUES. I am now £300 out of pocket and spending a stupid amount of time trying to resolve
My experience shopping online from this is a nightmare
My experience shopping online from this website is the worst ever. I ordered the clothes on 2nd of December and the delivery was due by 14th of December. Till 13th of December I did not receive any tracking number. I tried to call them, to send email, I send messaged on chat and finally they responded to my email telling me that the order has been dispatched and they requested the tracking number from the warehouse. Until 22nd of December they did not send the tracking number saying the warehouse is busy. I told them that probably the order has not been dispatched, therefore they should cancel the order and refund my money. The amount is signigant about GBP 292.00. Eventually they sent on 22nd of December a tracking number that does not work saying that they know that it does not work but the Royal Mail and API confirmed that the parcel will arrive by 7th of January 2022. I am really upset and disappointing. Is it possible a online shop not to send the tracking number? How can I trace the parcel? It is really a nightmare and the only solution is to contact a lawyer. I usually shop online, this is the first time I receive such a terrible service. I am really anxious about the money I paid. I asked them what happen if the parcel is lost, since I have not any proof that my parcel has been dispatched or to trace it.
Online ordering system needs improvement
Good store, but ordering online for the 1st time was not a brilliant experience for me. Waste of time trying to register return through the website that didn't work properly then writing to customer service. Customer service helpful.
No free returns which is also a shame.
Worst Customer Service Ever
I've been trying to organise a return for about a week now. Same as everyone else's experience here - no one answers the chat, the phone, emails or voice mails.
Their returns page won't let you tick any of the boxes to say which items you're returning or the box to say how to get your return.
Then I find out it's £3.95 to make a return. If I'd known that when I made my purchase I probably wouldn't have. I definitely won't be ordering any clothes from Joy again in the future. It's just not worth the hassle when there are so many other companies out there doing online shopping well.

Returns nightmare- emailed twice no response, Insta message no response-rung 10 times no answer - used online chat twice no response. No option to create a return even though I am in the 14 day return window which runs out the end of the week.
Returns policy states not able to return in store but I’m going to give that a go tomorrow hopefully they’ll be able to shed some light. Will definitely think twice about ordering online. Very poor service.
Poor returns service
Poor returns service. I am still trying to arrange a return for and have tried to contact Joy customer services but there is never an answer during opening hours and I have also tried to complete a return form via my account and this is also not working. I've also tried to raise the issue via their Twitter handle but again radio silence. It should not be so difficult to make a return. This is the worst online shopping experience I've had in a long time.

I have now twice raised a request to return through my account and I’m still waiting for an email to confirm my return. I have tried emailing twice and entered messages in the chat facility without any response.
This is so frustrating. Given that you have 14 days to return, I feel completely under pressure to post the returns back but am being stopped by the process.
I will be thinking twice before ordering again.

No support for online customers
Unfortunately, it took me over 7 hours, and several unanswered emails, to place an order successfully. I received no technical help when the website was glitching. I requested for someone to call me so I could place the order over the phone, but all of my emails were ignored. I tried getting through to the phone line for the online store but I never got through and was never called back. Still awaiting a response to my emails sent a week ago. I won't be ordering again.
I have contacted you several times already, and have not received a reply to my emails.

Great dress, waited ages for it to go on sale.
I'd say that is it worth the price given that it's a fairly thin cord? (sure) but it's such a vibrant colour and will look amazing with the white chelsea boots I have that I can't say no!
(It does also come up slightly big)

A lovely cosy dress with lovely buttons. Very festive! Nice to see a print other than leopard , floral, or polka dots . Only marking it down as it would have been nicer in needle cord. It is brushed cotton , and it is a bit duller than expected.

Stock errors and delayed delivery
Placed my order with next day delivery chosen, was then emailed saying the full order couldn’t be fulfilled as stock wasn’t available. My order then took longer to arrive than the next day option I’d chosen. Disappointing.

I love the jacket that I bought, amazing quality! I bought a jacket from joy store 7 years ago and I wore that jacket until I bought another one recently. Def recommend!
Money taken, still no jacket after 3 weeks!
I ordered a jacket online 3 weeks ago. The jacket was in stock on the website and the money was taken from my account. The jacket still hasn't been despatched. I have contacted customer service twice and they say they are awaiting a response from the warehouse. If it is going to take so long it is unfair to take payment until despatched. Very very disappointed, still no jacket.
