In the past, I used to order there quite a few times and it always has been quick and quality service. But now I have ordered and bought the special line logistics so it will be delivered sooner. It said the delivery time will be 8-15 days, but it has been 16 days and still the tracking only says info received.

WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Their website says 21 days to ship, it’s been 23 days and it’s Father’s Day and my gift for my dad never came. USPS haven’t even received the package yet. I’m not even mad at this point I’m just disappointed in myself because I seriously thought their website was telling the truth. I’ve emailed them a couple times and their responses are super slow and bot answers. This shipping is beyond bad and I will never buy here again unless it’s in wayyyy advance. An absolute disgrace to football of a website. And no Joyfball I don’t want your bot response like you do to everyone else in this website, I want an apology. I am seriously debating pressing charges.

They are not a total scam because they do ship out products. I received three out of the four things that I ordered. The problem is their customer service is totally useless. They won’t reply to your WhatsApp messages. They’ll take days to reply to emails. They did not send one of the items and they wanna give me a coupon code, which is half the value of what I purchased, which is ridiculous.

Ordered some tops, ok I know they are fake, but the I got the colour was wrong, the one advertised on their website looked great, the excuse, must be the lighting when they took the pics for the website. They are not going to replace it. Rip off merchants, avoid them.

Arrived, like 3-4 months after order date can't remember but I got the kits they were all good quality, its been a year and nothing has peeled yet. I don't mind the long shipping dates because of the price. (A lot of people say they take credit card information so just use PayPal if possible to be extra safe)

I ordered 2 jersey from joyfball and the quality is amazing! It arrived after 14 days which is beatiful delivery speed. I will 100% buy here again! I recommend this.

I ordered a couple of months ago and it arrived fairly on time when it arrived, as it should when it was coming from China. That was the only good thing. as a teenager, my excitement was barely containable and I tried it on. On the first wash, the colour stated fading off. I WASHED IT BY HAND! I Ordered the Roma home kit 24-25 so, my sink was stained marron. I had to spend several hours cleaning the sink. After a few months the badges and the sponsor started peeling off and losing its colour. I discovered it es a completely black sponsorship plate under neath and it was hand drawn by posca. I know this was partly my fault but come on Joyfball!

Good birthday gift for someone who likes the barca team.Package did take a long time to arrive though.But overall,good.

Good brand- Nike. Dry fit for sweat absorption- live in lower region of Texas, wore at work for 8 hours. Fits nicely. Comfortable. Very nice colors- unique looking.

Aside from the 1 month and 7 day delivery i enjoyed my jersey and shorts from joyfball.com.
