Joyetech eGo AIO 2, is perhaps one of the worst products. I have been using Joytech for over 10 years, (Exceed D19) they superseded with with eGoAIO, which I bought as the D19 was being discontinued, shortly after that the AIO went, Now I have bought the the Joyetech eGo AIO 2, I can confirm the AIO was bad hence I assume the short life it had, well I can only imagine as the Joyetech eGo AIO 2 is rubbish and dangerous with the spitting, ridiculous way to fill to a pretty much blind fill level, unless Joytech (the manufactures) do something quick they are going to lose all the good will they have built up over the years (I am not talking about Joytech UK,) they are the ones carrying the bulk of the backlash for the this poor product when I wrote to the manufacturer, they were not helpful as there product is rubbish. Its up to them, they are certainly throwing away any further business from me after over 10 years, Thanks

Still waiting on delivery after over a week

Very disappointed with Joytech AIO vapes and in particular the coils. I have been buying these since 2015, usually annually and can confidently confirm they don’t last nearly as long as before, months vs 1-2 years originally. As others have experienced the coils wrapping changed ~2-3 yrs ago and they are now auspiciously poor quality, only lasting days vs a month years ago, this is not due to higher usage. Not recommended unfortunately, despite a decade of loyalty.

Recently I purchased the new joyetech eroll slim kit the one with the battery case you pop the stick into to charge.The actual stick works very well but the actual power bank is rubbish.The power bank is ment to charge the actual stick 3 times?? and it doesn't.2 times to be precise not the 3 stated.The power bank shows 2 bars left but resuses to charge an empty stick .Absolutely disappointed.So I tried another stick to see if the 1st stick was faulty,nope it refused to charge that to.Both sticks charge via an independent charger perfectly.I purchased a second battery unit to see if mine had a fault,nope Absolutely the same it will only charge the stick 2 times with 2 bars left on the charge unit as the same as the 1st unit.The vape company I brought the 1st one from said I had to return it to be tested before a replacement or refund would be considered.The 2nd unit I was told pretty much the same.Wished I had purchased from a shop and not online as having to pay to return a faulty item is wrong.Best friends online vape companies are until you need to return something.
So my final verdict...do not buy the joyetech eroll slim kit,by all means buy the pen stick separately but AVOID THE ALL IN ONE KIT WITH CHARGER PACK.

Having used a EGO AIGO ECO for 4 or 5 years now, having purchased 5 of them over that time and buying replacement coils from the company over that time, having no problems with the products, i purchased a pack of new coils in July. As an infrequent user of my vape these days, I went to replace the coil yesterday and found that the first replacement did not work, neither did the second that i sleected from the pack, the third worked fine. i contacted the company today by email to let them know of the problem. i was questioned as to how i was charging my coils, what vape liquid i was using, despote telling them that i have had no issues up till now. i was then told that I would be given replacements for the 2 coils that were unservicable and do they send them to my normal address, to which i replied yes. I was then contacted by email to ask when I last purchased the coils, which I replied july. I recieved an email back telling me that my coils were therefore out of warranty and that they would not be sending me replacements. Really? Out of warranty after 3 months? Having used the companies products for 4 or 5 years, they deemed that I would not be recompensed for faulty goods that I had recieved. I will not be dealing with the comapny again.
I have now been offered replacement coils. Thnak you.

The mark of a good company is how they deal with problems. I have been ordering from Joytech for a number of years with no real issues but today I contacted them to explain about a battery that had given up the ghost after a few months. I was replied to within 11 minutes with an offer of a replacement. Great service.

What can I say!
Absolutely top service from Imran, had a issue with my order after having the exceed grip pro fail. I sent a email thinking the usual that I would be lucky to get a reply! To my surprise within 10 minutes I had a email back asking what the issue was. Replied and again within 10 minutes had a resolution of new replacement and a prepaid envelope to return the faulty device. Well you don't see service like that much these days. Very impressed 👏 and I would like to thank Imran for the exceptional service. 5* service plus!

Evio box, I can't say enough good things about this product, it's met all my expectations and beyond.
The Evio is compact.
Remarkably cheap, mine cost £19.99
Simplicity of use.
Long battery life, I've yet to have to recharge the Evio during the day. It char five, I'm still on my first coil, it's so far been 14 days, with no loss of flavour or that horrible metallic taste you get when the vape runs low of juice and you get a lung full of metallic burning coil.
Evio buzzes and flashes to remind you it's low and for you to top up the tank before you can continue vaping, which is ideal
Easy to clean
Reliable so far, I've dropped it a few times without it skipping a beat.

I regularly use this company and yesterday I placed an order, very impressed with discount received. However, I never received an acknowledgment when placing the order by email and I was a little worried. I did check online and saw my order, however, even though I have received my order this morning it is still showing as processing on the website. Also impressed with fast delivery.

I've been vaping for a while now and I discovered joyetech, ive stuck to the same e-cig as it suits me. The quality and service are fantastic. I'm even more pleased with the customer service over the phone, they can't do enough to help, the customer service team are a credit to the business

I bought a Joyetech device from a local vape shop in yet another attempt to give up smoking however for the first time in 21¾yrs it worked! I managed to find the Joyetech UK website (during lockdown #2) and they have been amazing every single time that I've ordered off them.
The orders have varied in price but on most occasions there's been discounts codes from 10% up to 25% off or big discounts on the devices themselves. There are some fantastic vape kits but I stuck to the one I originally stopped smoking with so I ordered another Exceed egrip Pro as a backup, then I noticed the prices where heavily discounted (Black Friday deals) so I went back on and bought another device for a friend. They all arrived with a massive amount of free oils! I did the orders separately but I got 3 free oils with the vape kit and once I bought coils/pods I got an extra oil for spending over a certain amount. The prices of coils in a multipack are extremely good value as are the different pods, mouthpieces etc. The service I have received in my last 4 orders has been exemplary and I can't fault them on anything. On Thursday 11th Feb I had a technical issue and couldn't access the basket to complete the order but within a few hours Imran helped me by going through it all over the phone. I've passed their details onto a lot of my friends and they've bought stuff now too. The postage is fast and tracked. My new Exceed egrip mini (2nd one) will be here soon with another generous amount of free oils. I won't shop anywhere else now but here.
