I have requested for a refund and Joybuy told me the refund has been made and it will be in my bank from 3-5 days but it has been more than 2 weeks and nothing was done

They delivered to the wrong address
They delivered to the wrong address, they were unable to reach their own driver to adjust and correct the order, I had to pay an extra 150 euro to have my order delivered to the correct address, I will probably NOT buy anything anytime soon.
