REFUND

I made a mistake when ordering some herbal tea by pressing the wrong button, which in turned I got charged for more than I actually wanted. Once upon realizing the mistake, I immediately contacted them about the issue. My apologies Im rambling, I placed an order for a bag of herbal tea, that had ingredients that help with health. I accidentally pressed the order twice, but it was the bundle for which I didn't want, so I contacted them about the error and was told it would take 7-30 days for a refund, because of where it's coming from. Its now day 34 and still nothing.
All I want is my refund and I will never be heard from again. I have never had an issue about ordering anything from another country..smh

Tricked Into Adding a Second Mug (Revised 01/04/2026)

I responded to an ad for a 3D printed "Book" Mug that was listed for sale at $29.99. I thought that this would be a great novelty Christmas gift for a family member. I also saw a pair of earrings for $19.99 and decided to add those, so the entire order qualified for free shipping. During the last stage of checkout, a popup came up about the mug again and it was confusing and unclear what it was about. When I placed the order, a second mug was added for $15.00. I did not need or want a second mug. I feel that I was deceived into adding the second mug. Before I ordered from this site, I checked urlvoid, Google Safe Browsing and Trustpilot to determine if it was a legitimate site. While nothing popped up about the legitimacy of the site and company, I did not find anything about their business practices, which now appear a little shady. I immediately emailed support to ask that the second mug be taken off the order. I am waiting for a response. I placed the order through PayPal.

Update 01/07/2026: Jovnction responded within a couple of days regarding my complaint. They refunded the $15.00 to my account. I was pleasantly surprised and thankful for the quick action. The mug I ordered arrived after Christmas, and my family member loved it. This issue was handled promptly, and I was reimbursed quickly as well. Thank you Jovnction.
