Very poor customer service
Edit to review. My order was placed on Sunday during Easter Bank Holiday weekend. So understandably I was happy to accept a delay in processing my order. This was explained once Customer Services replied to my trust pilot review. Once they responded I did receive my item in a very timely manner. I explained my concerns were due to their communication channels being invalid and so I could not confirm my order. When you order from a company for the first time it is worrying if you dont get a confirmation email and none of their telephone numbers, emails or WhatsApp are working. Expecially when spending a large amount of money. So hopefully this has been rectified. Now I know I can trust this website I would feel confident to order again and was happy with the service once contact was made.
So far the customer service has been poor. I placed an order and didnt receive a confirmation email as I totally would with other online companies. I tried to enquire on their chatbot service. No reply. I sent and email. No reply. I called the number on the website. Number is not valid. I clicked the WhatsApp button on the website but doesnt work. What next? The money has gone but nothing to to say order has been placed or when it will be delivered. There is no way to contact anyone at the company.

Great customer experience. They didn't have the size I ordered but were quick to email and explain this and give me options.

Joveen has gone above and beyond twice now! I places an order and a I used the live chat for suggestions, I do love a recommendation! Placed my order and there was a little box where you can write something. Left a message and twice now I e been sent samples for other products first time so many sachets I was so grateful! Second time bottles and sachets! Woke up so happy but this has had me so chuffed! Thank you Joveen! And your amazing team of workers! Great customer service
I had an issue with an incorrect product on my delivery. I contacted Customer Care at Joveen and my issue was resolved very promptly by Susan who sent out the correct item which was received within 3 days. Very reassuring to know that great customer service is taken seriously.
