Empty plaform
Empty plaform, zero journalists, zero brands, zero PR. Don't pay, this is a scam.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

There doesn't seem to be any journalists on the platform. if you're lucky you will have one person looking at your press releases. If expecting to get featured on publications you will be disappointed.
save your money and contact journalists or publications directly.
“As a serial entrepreneur who doesn't work your typical 9-5, I have found JournoLink to be the best press distribution service in the UK (having tried and tested a few). They are the best value for money, their platform and service is incredibly easy to use, but over and above anything else as fellow business owners will appreciate, responsiveness is key - and JournoLink goes over and above any level of service I've seen before (in fact I am learning from them on how to apply such service in several of my businesses). As you will see from my profile, I am not an avid reviewer (though I should be) but this review was indeed warranted, and well deserved. Thanks to Adam, Charlotte and the team at JournoLink, you are brilliant!”
Pretty pointless system. No decent journalist seems to use the platform. I wouldn't waste marketing budget here. Instead make contact yourself by calling and emailing news desks directly. It is hard work but well worth it. We had absolutely no response from any press release and most professional journalists we spoke to said these systems are all pointless.
The site is fairly easy to use and very good value and one can add ones own distribution lists which is great.
Having said that, their biggest asset is superb customer service and support.
Absolutely the best I have ever encountered!
Easy to use platform which boosted our press release exposure. Charlotte was particularly helpful in advising on the best package for our company. Excellent customer service.
The staff at JournoLink - especially Charlotte - are amazing - so friendly, always on hand to help and very responsive.
I get a few national media requests through and I've had coverage land with Glamour Magazine through Journo Link so I've found it very helpful.
Do Not Waste Your Money on Journolink.
A so-called 'media' company that takes money from you to help you 'connect' your business to journalists, etc.
The apparently they do not vet 'bloggers' who send out media requests who are only interested in free products in exchange for promotion. I tried. 2 were ok. 2 were con artists who never provided the agreed promotion. Imagine a blogger with no printer?
Many companies ask for you to respond for this or that and never respond. Journolink imposes no vetting, no advising that those seeking responses should reply out of courtesy.
You will not hear from major news outlets and when you complain, some sales person will tell you that your settings were not adjusted to this. Cobblers.
They offered me a free 'press release written by a professional' then when I got no response, they made excuses as to why. Blamed it all on me despite that fact that all I did was give the info, relying on them to provide the 'professional' press release. Not ONE reply. Not One. Told it was a sales pitch but THEY wrote it.
Do not waste your money.
