I have left off a star simply because my original order didn’t arrive complete and then there was a delay in my refund BUT every email was replied to quickly and once I asked for a refund again it was processed immediately and a bonus was added. I have been buying from Joseph since about 1982 and they are still a great company. My thanks to Jess for dealing with my order issues so helpfully :)

I contacted the general CS support to find a solution to a basic technical barrier and the support advised a seemingly acceptable explanation and solution.

I emailed JOSEPH's customer care becauseI needed to know when my order was going to arrive to my country and also asked if they offered fast shipping options.

On an international order they do not offer fast shipping, which it's understandable BUT first they did not answer my question of when would it arrive and secondly the only solution they provided was to cancel the order (!!!) instead of perhaps offer alternatives solutions that would actually care for your customers!

First time ordering online with JOSEPH and, sadly, probably last.
