Outstanding Customer Service
I accidentally put the wrong shipping address on a stroller I had purchased through the Joolz website. After seeing that Fedex was unable to deliver to what turned out to be a unattended building, I was unsuccessful contacting Fedex to provide the correct delivery address and reached out to Joolz instead. The Joolz customer service team was able to intercept the stroller when it got returned to their warehouse and corrected the shipping address. The stroller was delivered 2 days after the intended recipient, a precious baby boy, was born. Thanks for going above and beyond to provide a smooth and timely resolution.

The Hub2 is not up to par
Wanted to leave a review on the Joolz website for the HUB2 but wasn't able to so I'll do it here. We like the compactness and the one hand closing feature is the best but overall we are quite disappointed with how our experience turned out these last two months. Why? The front wheels don't look into place and this is really that type of urban cot that needs a VERY flat and smooth surface to ride on. When I say flat, I mean flat. If your city has cobble stones or slightly uneven sidewalks you really need larger and more comfortable wheels and better suspension than this Hub2 has to offer. Further more, very annoying, there seems to be a design or productions flaw in all the sun canopies on the cots. They constantly jump backwards and never, and I mean never stay in place for more than a minute or so, even on relatively flat surfaces. All in all, this is NOT the hybrid model we were all hoping for. The wheels on the Joolz Aer are way better for example and the comfort on a joolz geo or day is also way better. So kind piece of advice, don't make the mistake we made. Go for one large geo or day and one small carry model like the Aer. This hub doesn't cut it, unfortunately. Really hope they design some aftermarket wheels for this model and find a workaround for the suncanopy on the cot that really isn't worth a good review. Sorry Joolz, we expected bettr from this A Brand

Stands by its warranty
I had an issue with my wheels a few days before an international trip. It was under warranty, they rushed the replacement process and I did receive the wheels literally just in time for my trip, so I really appreciate how well the service team handled this situation.
You guys are awesome, and I keep recommending your product to all new parents that I meet.

Service is a joke
Nothing bad to say about the product, but don’t buy from the website.
Service is non existent, with the stiff old processes from a decade ago.
They couldn’t even provide an invoice. In order to do it they demanded I return the stroller and buy it again.
If you need to buy something from them, use a serious retailer.

Most importante thing you should know is youll never be alone with joolz. Top quality products with a trust full warranty is more than i could ever expect. Also on top of this, its the customer experience, its warm and always there for you and no, it isnt only for the trolley its for any joolz Brand articule you can buy. For me, im defenitely going to keep buying joolz products for all of my kids! Great work guys!

Issue to cancel an order
I made a purchase on the website, but shortly after, I requested to cancel the order. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any response. I won't be able to receive the item as I will be out of the country, and no one is available to collect it on my behalf. I really need to cancel my order.

I contacted Joolz to chase my order as it says 5 working days and I need it for a flight. No reply to that email at all. If you try to call the answer machine isn’t in English so impossible to understand! This isn’t cheap and I order due the estimated delivery!
