Another Victim of Jomashop's Horrible Quality Control Issues and Lack of Culpability

This is the worst purchasing experience of my life. Purchased a gigantically expensive Omega. At least, for me. I'll never own anythign beyond this, this was my grail. And HOLY HELL DID JOMASHOP LET ME DOWN IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE. Watch arrives with the screw down crown pushed out, very weird. After a terrifyingly short period of time my screw down crown 1,000% stopped screwing down. what the heck?!? If I could leave zero, I definitely would. Honestly, they don't deserve me spending this much time on them as I have to, to get a modicum of justice here. To top it off, customer support (being 47th in line and having that number, somehow, increase over my course of waiting also is a fun way to spend 3/4 of one's day). So, now, it's either say by to a watch for 12-100 weeks that I've barely had in my possessions, but had to save up for for A YEAR to pay Swatch Group the fee to fix this, cause EVEN IF THEY COULD HERE, THERE'S ABSOLUTELY NO WAY I'D ENTRUST THE SAME COMPANY THAT JUST SOLD ME A LEMON TO MAKE SAID LEMON INTO LEMONADE. I KNOW I WON'T GET BACK LEMONADE. I'LL BE LUCKY IF I GET BACK THE FULL LEMON WITH ALL OF IT'S FACTORY-MADE SEEDS INSIDE OF IT. PLEASE CONTACT ME JOMASHOP AND RESOLVE THIS.

I’m genuinely disappointed with my…

YI’m genuinely disappointed with my experience.
I’ve bought three watches from Jomashop. The first two purchases were excellent (under my other email address) , with no issues at all. However, my third watch arrived without the registration/warranty card, despite the product description clearly stating that one would be included.
I emailed several times but received no response. I then called and had a lengthy conversation with Clarice, who assured me she would look into it and get back to me. Two weeks later, I’ve still heard nothing.
The watch cost around $1,600, so while the missing card is frustrating, what’s more disappointing is the complete lack of after-sales service. This could have been resolved very easily with a simple response and a willingness to help an existing customer.
It’s a real shame because I had every intention of continuing to buy from Jomashop. Unfortunately, this experience has changed my mind, and it will be my last purchase from them. I’ve also shared my experience on several watch forums so that others are aware.
I sincerely hope Jomashop improves its customer service, because good after-sales support is just as important as making the initial sale. I have provided my reference number to Jomoshop so that they can verify I am a bona fide customer.

I’ve just read the response from Jomoshop which is nonsense 1. The listing clearly states that International warranty card is included (I can attach for clarity) - yes the price is way lower than rrp but a lot of other dealers are also selling at similar rates .. this is a brand that sells at a discount - no point arguing - this will be my last purchase from Jomoshop - shame - my advice - do your due diligence - a watch without papers is worth 30-40 % less - I got a card with my first two purchases but not with this one - Jomoshop’s complete disinterest means it’s not somewhere I’ll be buying from again - make your own decision - my advice .. AVOID - there are other dealers out there doing similar deals who actually value customer retention

Jomashop legally declared international warranty with Jomashop.
You can only get the Longines warranty card if you purchase at retail from Longines instead of almost half the price we sell at.

I ordered TWO marc jacobs perfume, got ONE

I ordered TWOmarc jacobs perfume, only received ONE. They told me I could send it back (shipping and my expense) which was like 20dollars for THEIR ERROR. Or I could get 10dolars which is absurdddd, it´s been two weeks with no answer, not even the 10 dolars.

Worst customer service, i´ll keep buying at aurafraganca.

Asco de empresa !

Terrible experience with Jomashop. My order shows as delivered, but I never received it. They have no delivery photo or any proof that the package was delivered, yet their only solution is to make me wait two weeks for a simple claim. The lack of accountability and poor customer service are completely unacceptable.

Pésima experiencia con Jomashop. Mi pedido aparece como entregado, pero nunca lo recibí. No tienen foto ni ninguna prueba de la entrega y, aun así, su única solución es hacerme esperar dos semanas para un reclamo simple. La falta de responsabilidad y de un servicio al cliente eficiente es completamente inaceptable.
