Been four weeks and still not had a refund. The website is now down (or just doesn’t exist anymore) so it doesn’t look like I will be getting a refund

Ordered my son a ghostbusters marshmallow man inflatable costume from this company for halloween. What they sent me was a Mean Girls burn book instead. This is not anywhere near what I ordered. I have emailed the help/contact page twice, with no reply, and the phone numbers do not work. All I want is to return the wrong item that they sent for a refund. How is this so hard to do?! This company is literally a joke!!! AVOID!!!

Wish I could rate it a 0. Brought a wig from this company and took over a week to come,(said it would be max 3 days) when it finally did arrive wasn’t the item I purchased, it was a child’s costume. Not what I ordered at all. Was an expensive purchase. Now I’m unable to get in touch with customer service for a refund, they won’t answer my calls or emails. Don’t buy from this company it’s a scam, learnt it the hard way unfortunately

Buyers beware. This company is not real. It’s got a .co.uk URL to mislead customers into thinking it is a British-based supplier. The real company is a US company called Fun.com and/or HalloweenCostumes.com.
There is no way to get hold of customer service in the U.K.
Eventually I got hold of the US company. They wouldn’t accept a return. And the products are low quality.

It honestly seems like they're doing nothing and just waiting for the 14 days window to expire so they can avoid giving me a refund, ..

They sent my parcel the wrong place, I went with these lot cos they said 2-3 day delivery, paid extra for the privilege and it took seven!

Absolutely brilliant! Ordered a costume last minute for a party and it arrived super quick. The quality was spot on and it looked amazing. Loads of choices on the website too.

I ordered the adult sexy vampire costume and it was exactly like the picture on the website (which isn’t always the case!). The quality of the costume was fantastic and looked far more expensive. It fits perfectly although I did size up, as I always do for fancy dress outfits!

This was my first ever order with this company but it most definitely won’t be the last. Thank you for a great service and product. Can’t wait to wear it for Halloween party this weekend.

I ordered from Jokers Masquerade yesterday and i'm over the moon with both costumes. I ordered the couples scarecrow costumes and they are brilliantly made and comfortable and really do look the part. I was also really impressed with the make up tutorial that come with my costume. Super fast delivery as well, it was here within about 28 hours of ordering. 5star!

I ordered a costume this year for Halloween. I got it quite quick. Everything was alright but I didn't like the way the costume looked on me so, I decided to return it.

Absolutely ridiculous the returns are. You have to pay yourself for the parcel return. I returned it, paid for delivery, after one day the parcel reached the warehouse (was delivered to the company back). I was waiting for a week and a half to get the answer from them about the refund but I got nothing. So, I decided to write an email myself. I got a reply that they are very busy at this time of the year so it usually takes 14 working days to process everything. I was like ok, I understand and I will wait but after 14 days I got no answer AGAIN. I wrote another email and got a reply that it will take 28 days to process it because they are very busy...
I waited again...

Well, basically I was waiting for nothing because today is 9th of December, I wrote another email, my parcel has been delivered to you on 31st of October and I still haven't got any answer from you or the "warehouse team".... Honestly, avoid this if you don't want any headache. Better go to Amazon or somewhere else. At least will be more trustworthy than this...

This is a joke and no surprise why they call themselves joke masquerade....

good quality fancy dress, I bought the purple pimp outfit for a party this Saturday coming and the delivery was on time, good quality outfit and comfy as well, highly recommend

I ordered the space hopper costume on the Saturday, found out that the address it was being sent to was my old address, so emailed them right away to change it.
Never got a response!. Till Monday morning telling me it was on its way to my old address Emailed again. Still waiting on a response
