Initial Screening:
The screening process was performed by their NP, whom was extremely thorough, very knowledgeable and helpful. She certainly made a sincere effort to insure the injectable diet medication would be safe for me. Her detailed approach, with safety at the forefront was the convincing and deciding factor to go forward with the “joinskinny” program. Her pleasant non rushed demeanor was also appreciated!
Delivery / Product
The package arrived ahead of schedule along with very detailed instructions and pictorial explanations.
Followup and Support:
They follow up an a regular basis to see if all is well or whether modifications may be needed. In addition they provide (free) a prescription just in case you should ever experience nausea. Fortunately, I've only used this once!

If its your intention to try these weight loss medications, Id certainly recommend using “joinskinny”. They have a medical support team that is concerned with patient success!!!

Customer service is good but haven't seen any weight loss after almost 4weeks of taking tabs so I'm switching to injectables. Hoping for a better results.
